Property was clean upon arrival. Had everything our family needed for our stay. Gardens out back are gorgeous! Nice outdoor space for us to visit and play games.Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Walking to the falls was a 20-30 minute walk

Wonderfully clean and spacious home with a gorgeous and welcoming backyard/garden. We had a personal issue while we were there and the host was incredibly accommodating. One of the only rentals we have ever encountered with hand soap available at every sink! We had everything we needed plus more. Excellent communication from host. Easy and simple check in/check out. Very comfortable beds. Pictures do not do this house justice. We didn’t walk to the falls but it is close enough (about a 20-30 min walk.) Lots of restaurants and stores less than 5 min away.

The house was very spacious, and the yard is stunning. I’m sure in summer the gardens are stunning. Walkable to the falls, Clifton park and even the Bird Sanctuary (a long walk but doable). The garage games were fun as well.

The house was actually more lovely than the listing. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 (all adults). Nice area and about a mile walk to the falls and Clifton Hill. Would definitely stay there again.

This house is fantastic! So much room! Very clean and only 5 minute drive from the Falls. Communication with Manager Robert was great. Would rent this place again for sure.

Beautiful place

This place was beautiful and peaceful. Loved the outside garden. The house was very spacious and clean. Easy access to walk to the Falls and to some local dining. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Golf getaway

Stayed four nights. The house was very clean and the bedrooms spacious. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we still managed to play three rounds. Would definitely book this property again.

It was relaxing and welcoming as soon as you walked in. A lot of activities for the kids to do. Didn't even turn the TVs on. The garden was beautiful. The key code malfunctioned one evening but Robert was able to rectify the situation quickly. I have no complaints. If I were to stay in Niagara Falls again I would choose this property.

Location is perfect . Owner is friendly and accommodating.House is clean . Very spacious for us. Beautiful home

Our family, coming from three different states, stayed in this house for a long weekend getaway. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed strolling through the garden in the backyard and all the space inside for us to gather. This home was in a great location and I will recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great house for 4 adult men golfers. When we had questions, Robert responded within minutes. Big backyard with BBQ for cooking dinner. We hooked up our firestick so had everything we needed on the tv. Lots of space on the driveway for 3 cars. Good location close to everything. Would definitely go back if we return to Niagara for a golf trip.

We just returned from a wonderful four-day trip to Niagara Falls and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As a family of four, we preferred having the extra space of a house rather than staying in a hotel overlooking the Falls.We originally planned to walk to the Falls, but ended up purchasing a Niagara Parks Adventure Pass, which included three days of free parking at the Fallsview lot. From there, we used the bus to visit the attractions, and it worked out perfectly.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the backyard is a standout feature. The gardens are beautiful, and the fenced yard is great for families with kids. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, you'll love the picnic table and outdoor space.We only used three of the five beds, but they were all very comfortable. My husband used the master bathroom, I moved my hair and skincare products to the more spacious first-floor bathroom, and the teenagers shared the other upstairs bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with a full kitchen, dining area, and multiple living spaces. I think I counted seven TVs throughout the home.My husband and daughter had an epic ping-pong competition in the garage, and there's also a foosball table for additional entertainment. The laundry facilities were easy to use, and the entire house was spotless.We also appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and the K-Cups provided by the host. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and spacious home!

Beautiful home and garden within walking distance to bus

The house was perfect for our three couples. Each had their own bathroom, the beds were comfy and the house had plenty of seating to relax on and hang out. The surprise was the beautiful garden in the backyard that seemed to go on and on. The WeGo bus was approximately a 15 minute walk but wasn’t bad even with luggage. Would stay again!

The house was perfect for our family of six adults (and would have been great for 8 or 10, too). The gardens were beautiful (though the heat, and then wildfire smoke, kept us from enjoying them more). Robert was a great communicator and gracious host with many details thought of. Super helpful to have laundry facilities. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. Indian restaurant around the corner (Swaagat) had delicious food. Our family was able to walk to the falls from here. A great stay, glad we found this house!
