Perfect set up for us-3 children up stairs with their own bathroom and 4 adults downstairs with their own bathroom. Very modern and clean. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit.

The house was perfect for our trip to Niagara Falls. It was within walking distance to Clifton Hill and everything else was just a short drive from the house. The house itself was clean and spacious. It was a great spot for our multi-family vacation providing everyone with their own rooms but also spaces to spend time together. I highly recommend this house if you plan to visit Niagara Falls!

Minutes from Niagara Falls and such a beautiful home. My family had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy our stay. The house was immaculate and includes everything you may need for your stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Niagara Falls.

Very Clean and Modern Home with Plenty of Amenities

We stayed here as a family of 9. This home is very spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities. Great spot with a 15min walk to the falls or any other attractions nearby. The owner is very responsive and has excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Six of us stayed in the home and had more than enough space. The house was clean and while the street it’s on isn’t charming, the location for walking to the falls was optimal. We would stay there again.

This was my first VRBO experience. The home was spotless, and very roomy for our party of eight. It was adult siblings and spouses (some were seniors) wanting to check out the area of the Falls for a couple days. The host was very easy to deal with and quickly answered any questions. The pictures were accurate on what the property was, and where it was. Very comfortable to stay at, with the extended heat going on the air conditioning was perfect to keep us older adults happy after our excursions. Some of were avid walkers and some were not, and we were close enough to the falls that those who could walk were comfortable with it. Everyone had compliments for our accomodations. Thank you so much to our host for making this experience memorable. I would recommend this residence.
