Specious Studio Apartment with separate private entrance. Located in a great walkable and safe neighbourhood. Kitchen, free Gigabit rated Wi-Fi, Parking, washer & dryer. Queen size Bed.

Great for anyone commuting to Toronto whether by public transit or car:
- ~9 min. walk to GO Train/Bus terminal - express to Union Station Terminal, Downtown
- ~ 6 min. walk to a bus that goes to the Line 1 Subway (main Toronto Subway line)
- ~ 5 min. drive to the 404 highway (main highway to commute to Downtown/Toronto)

Walking distance to 2 plazas with grocery stores, Walmart, Dollarama, restaurants and cafés.

Quiet clean and private stay

Stay was amazing, it was peacefull and private, the owners were responsive and kind. All basic things were available. Will stay again if needed

Absolutely perfect

I stayed at this rental for over 2 months while I did a program in the city. The unit was absolutely perfect for me to be comfortable and study. Being in a quiet neighbourhood I felt very safe and the host and their family were so kind to me during my stay. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone wishing for a quiet, cozy, clean place to stay.

This basement unit is a solid choice: comfortable bed and shower, and a kitchen with all kinds of pans and appliances (some are stored in the cold room). Parking was easy -- having a dedicated spot matters because overnight street parking is banned across the city. The host is very responsive and always ready to help. I asked for an iron, and he brought me an iron and a brand-new full-size ironing board. I’m comfortable giving this room 5/5 and would stay here again. Some things to consider (not important for me, but they might be for you): - This isn’t a 5-star hotel room: e.g., no shower gel or shampoo, no hair dryer, and the toilet may need a second flush to stop water from running - The older refrigerator can be quite loud at night - The smoke alarm in the kitchen may need to be reset a few times when you cook - It’s a basement unit -- the house has good sound insulation and the residents are respectful, but you will still hear some footsteps above
