Sapphire Magic property is located on the ground floor and opens to the stunning Urunga lagoon.

The house is only five years old and is set overlooking the beautiful Bellinger and Kalang Rivers as they join together to reach the ocean. Urunga's historic boardwalk and history is on your doorstep. Your private balcony has an amazing view - perfect for sunrise yoga, or sun downers - all situated within a short stroll to local shops, pub, clubs and golf course. The beach is accessible via boardwalk or car. You won't be disappointed.

The house is fully equipped for the perfect family get together, and also has kayaks and fishing gear on request.

Close by, the amazing culturally diverse township of Bellingen which has old school charm, restaurants, music and cafes and beautiful fresh water swimming holes.

Back nearer Urunga - for the foodies a three minute drive to Anchors Wharf restaurant. And not to much further the Raleigh Winery - be sure to book their courtesy bus.
