Great Location
Very comfortable clean close to beach and Main Street. Only negative was having to scan my drivers license and Mastercard online ( after I had paid ) I don’t normally do this when booking with stayz ( as I am concerned about security. )

Close to beach
Clean little unit across the road from the beach. Wasn’t a big fancy place but good for what we wanted, a cheap getaway close to the beach. The unit is upstairs (no lifts etc) so if you have mobility issues it may be a problem.
Unit is stocked with plenty of games and movies for quiet days. Good coffee at the lifesaving club across the road. And dinners were good at the RSL which is also across the road (all walking distance).
Our only issue was the screen door at the entrance which didn’t close properly unless you lifted it.

We spent four nights in the property for us to visit coffs harbour and surrounding towns. The property is clean and well-maintained with everything a small family needs. It's a prefect hide-away. We are glad we did not choose coffs harbour to stay but this quieter town. The property is right opposite to beach and a walking distance to local bar and restaurants.

Very clean apartment, would describe our stay as good noy great but certainly good. Parking leaves a bit to be desired and as we had to empty the rubbish bin we had to hunt to find it. I would recommend it as it is very close to everything. Four stars out of five. Thanks.

The property was not expensive and location was good. However, the TV and controller didn’t work.
In this age a working Television and handset are basic. Neither were good. The unit was very basic but that’s okay if it has a working television. Lack of air conditioning was very noticeable in the humidity and the fans need replacing too.

I love Sawtell! So do my boys and the beach is so safe and well patrolled by the surf lifesavers. The location was fantastic! We spent most of our time at the beach and the unit was centrally located. Close to the town centre. Coffee each morning across the road at the surf club cafe. 2 minute walk to the RSL and Sawtell HotelAnd all the bakeries for your morning continental breakfast or a fresh juice. It was a basic unit with 2 bedrooms nothing flash but it had everything we needed and the location was great. The beds were comfortable, nice towers and great best balcony for listening to the ocean of a night before you went to bed. We loved the visit and every afternoon from our little friends, rosellas, they were so tame and added to our enjoyment as did the little geeked. The neighbours were accommodating and friendly. We all slept well every night, it suited our needs and we would book it again.
