Boasting a master king bedroom with double shower walk in ensuite and robe, two queen bedrooms with robes and another bedroom with two bunk style single beds and robe. Queen sofa bed and trundle bed also available. All bedrooms and living have air-conditioning and fans for your comfort. All linen, towels and 100% organic toiletries provided. Open up the hallway cupboard to reveal a walk in laundry and the availability of a trundle bed option.

Then there is the lavishly designed, stone benchtop kitchen with curves, breakfast seating and wine chiller fridge. Spacious dining and living room with smart TV, free unlimited WIFI and fold out queen sofa bed, leading to glass sliding doors that open to your oceanfront deck

BBQ grill, deck area and grassed backyard and a fenced front yard with sunning deck and spot for a picnic - plenty of entertaining areas for guests to enjoy. Grab yourself the provided beach towels and take a short walk to Neilson's surf patrolled beach, a bite from the café and head home to wash off the salt from the beach in your own outdoor shower. Head out on our beach cruisers and explore the coast.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding any locked rooms. Availability to bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property. E.G. 2 guests will have access to one bedroom, 4 guests will have access to two bedrooms. Guests are allocated one sleeping space not one bedroom each.

~ Key collection is located at Pacific Sun Bargara Motel located at 9-11 Bauer Street, Bargara. Keys must also be returned to this address and we allow a 30 minute window from your scheduled check-out time of 10:00am. If keys are not returned within this 30 minute window a payment of $50 will apply
~ Check-in time is from 2:00pm and before 8:00pm, after hours check-in must be arranged in advance at a fee of $30 per hour and subject to availability. Photo identification of the guest whom booked is a requirement
~ Check-out time is strictly 10:00am, later check-out times can be arranged subject to availability and at a cost of $30 per hour. Must be notified the day before your check-out date
~ We respectively ask that there are to be no events or parties held at the property and limit any undue noise by 10:00pm. A call out fee of $200 will apply if we are required to attend the property
~ Only guests that have been booked at the property are to stay at the property, any visiting persons are to leave the premises by 10:00pm. $150 fees will be charged for each visitor found to be at the property after these hours
~ Children are to be supervised at all times
~ We love our pets but this is strictly a no pet property, fees will be charged if pets are found at the premises
~ Smoking allowed outside of the property only, fees will be charged if it is determined
~ Security cameras are located at the property for guests safety/property and are located in external locations only
~ Rooms may be locked depending on number of guests booked at the time of reservation, these rooms can be made available at request in advance and at the appropriate costs listed
~ A caravan may be parked at the property and their occupants allowed to stay and have full use of the house facilities as well as availability to external electricity and water at a cost of $75 per night. This must be arranged at the time of your booking, if it is not an extra $100 fee per night will apply
