The space
The Prince-
Influenced by the brick buildings of early Canberra, The Prince features a façade made of dry-pressed bricks from the Bowral Brickworks, and is designed by World Building of the Year (2012) winner, Architectus. Interiors feature timber floors, high ceilings, granite benchtops and brass feature lighting, and are designed by Melbourne interior design firm Hecker Guthrie.
This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 car space, apartment in the centre of the Kingston Foreshore. You will have access to the entire apartment throughout your stay This modern apartment is located on the second level of the building, lift access will make it easier for you to check in and out of the property. secure undercover carpark.
The generous bedroom features built-in robes, while the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is light-filled and opens onto the sunny balcony. The apartment also features a chic bathroom with extra bench & storage, separate internal laundry, timber flooring, gourmet kitchen appliances plus a basement car space and cage for extra storage.
