Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 2-bath ocean view condo located at Dunes Village Resort in beautiful Myrtle Beach. This spacious 1,282 sq. ft. retreat offers comfortable coastal living, family-friendly accommodations, and easy access to the beach and resort amenities.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, full-size appliances including a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The open-concept living and dining area provides comfortable seating and access to the private balcony, where you can enjoy ocean views and refreshing coastal breezes. For added convenience, the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer and complimentary high-speed WiFi.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, private bathroom with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, and balcony access. Great location

The kids had a blast in the indoor water park. Broadway at the beach was minutes away we had fun at dave and busters and the upside down house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful! The condo is very large and clean. It has every tool you might need to cook with in the kitchen! The downstairs tiki bar had delicious drinks and cheap prices. The beach was steps away, and the water park was clean and open late. The location is close to lots of entertainment and attractions. The water park was great, parking easy, condo was well furnished and clean. It does have some cosmetic things that need attention and one of the tvs didn’t work but I’d stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here! The location right on the ocean was amazing — exactly what our family needed. We had three people and each of us had our own bedroom, which was such a nice perk. The two secondary rooms each had two beds, making the space super flexible for families.We could even see the beach from the room — not a direct oceanfront angle, but a nice side view that still gave us those relaxing beach vibes. The hotel itself has so much to do for kids — water parks, games, and lots of fun indoor options which made it easy to keep everyone entertained.The condo is basic but functional, with a full kitchen (just note that it’s not stocked with essentials). Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our trip.We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

We had a good time with the kiddos. They love the indoor water park. The only thing is the beds are hard, floors were dirty and the bathroom shower has mold all around it. Just a little spray of bleach and it would be good!!

Anytime you have such findings upon your arrival we encourage all our guests to reach out immediately so we may have the opportunity to make corrections. I don't see that you reached out to us through phone or text about these matters, just an email on April 19 regarding you leaving early due to back injury. There was no mention of mold in the bathrooms or dirty floors. In the future please don't hesitate to reach out immediately so we can make sure things get addressed right away and you can have the most enjoyable stay. We do hope you were able to have a speedy recovery and will stay with us again soon!

Love Dunes

We have stayed at Dunes for 15 years, newborn babies, too teenagers now. Fun for all. This was the first time booking through an outside place other than Dunes itself, and the process was smooth. Bring extra trash bags!

Great Condo Option for MB SC

Was really happy overall with the condo and its amenities . Ended up picking this option due to the water park on property and kids enjoyed it when we weren’t at the beach. Entire place could use a face lift being its aging but clean and expectations were met. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Clean and efficient

Good location. Very nice room. The kids had a blast. Only complaint would be that there were 9 of us and only two rolls of toilet and paper towels. The listing for the property might include that beach towels and paper goods are not provided.

Nice place with minor issues. Really need to put lights in lamps. Most were not working or didn’t have any at all. Could have been a little cleaner. Rug on balcony coming up. Good view, nice place.

Great unit!!

The only compliant I have is the washer/dryer combo was VERY difficult to use. My relative so happens to have the exact one and was able to get it started. This is literally my only compliant.

Family trip

Check in was easy, however there is someone at the hotel that will try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation. I thought it was part of check in. The location was as described. The only big issue our party had was a leaking toilet from the time we checked in until the day before we had to check out. The toilet ended up needing to be replaced, so for a party of 10 with small children, this did make it diffcult to rely on one bathroom. Despite this, I would rent this place again.

birthday weekend

we live less then a hour away from the beach, we came so my son could swim and use the water slides for his birthday with his brother and cousins. they thoroughly enjoyed their selves, this is a great location for a family trip. my only 2 complaints were that the master bathroom shower had no water pressure when then hot water was running during a bath or shower. also the room needs to be sprayed for bugs. i know its hard to keep bugs out with heavy traffic in and out i would just suggest it sooner then later. also we could never get the wifi to work on phones or tv & the tv did not work at all in one of the smaller bedrooms over all nice, clean rental & nice location over all.

Nice Place

The place is nice and roomy. We traveled with two adults and six teenagers. They loved it. The only real issue we had was the internet. We had hoped to watch movies together at night but the tvs would not connect to the internet to allow use of streaming services and the cable was terrible. We asked for help with this from our first night there but it was never fixed. Be sure to bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents bc only one round of those is provided. And because this is a privately owned unit, the resort will not provide those things. Overall, the space was great for all 8 of us.

Family-friendly property with great beach access

Overall, a nice vacation for our family (kids ages range from 12-18). Great access to the beach, and convenient restaurant/bar on main floor. Communication with host was clear and appropriate frequency. Unit was as described (slightly dated, but as pictured, so no surprises), property was as described as well. Location is convenient to both North Myrtle beach and the boardwalk/piers. We freqeuently traveled to North MB for restaurants and shopping, but the ocean and beach at the location were nice. Our only real cons are not specific to this unit or property in general, just the basic VRBO inconveniences of having to go purchase your own supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap) and having to take our sheets and such off before leaving, which is always a hassle with kids and trying to depart on time day of. It would be nice if the unit had beach chairs as well, but we ended up buying some at W@lmart and leaving them with another familly when we left.
