We are sory to hear you had issues with the a/c not working properly. We will look into having this regulated right away. As far as the kitchen and bathrooms - although dated we do feel they are as respresented in the listing photos and reflected in the rental rate as well. We apologize for the issues you experienced upon arrival. The heavy rains created a flooding issue in the lower level and although we attempted to remediate this prior to your arrival the carpet did not dry as completely as we have anticipated and we offered an alternative location. We are in the process of having this flooring removed and replaced and everything refreshed for future stays!
