This is suite number “3” of 4 of our beautifully furnished private suites in our 4-plex building. We aim to include everything you might need to feel at home
during your stay.

- Ground floor 24’ x 28’ suite (672 interior square feet)
- Full kitchen with full size fridge/freezer and stove.
- High speed over 400 Mbps Internet plus desk/chair
- Washer and Dryer. Laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets
- 2 bedrooms with double beds.
- Double pullout couch/bed
- 2 televisions (living room 55" and bedroom with 40")
- Roku streaming on all televisions including Netflix and Disney Plus.

Rules

Quiet time between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Be respectful of neighbours and other guests. No loud music (sounds/speakers), inside or outside. No parties. No fireworks.

No smoking inside suite.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, we therefore expect the suite to be left in a similarly clean state as it was found. We reserve the right to charge a 100$ cleaning fee post-checkout if suite is left in an unreasonable, unclean state (plus any incurred damage/replacement fees).

Stains that cannot be removed on linen and towels may be subject to replacement fees.

No burning candles allowed.

This suite is actively monitored 24/7 by the Minut decibel sound device. This device is located on the living room ceiling. Beyond a certain loud decibel noise level; we will be notified.

There is also a monitored 24/7 smoke alarm that will send us notification if there is a smoke issue.

Please contact us for more information on these devices for more clarification prior to booking. Your privacy is of utmost concern.

Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. No lard/oil/trash down the drain.

Firepit Use Rules

If you wish to use the fire pit. Please reply “I acknowledge the rules for the use of the fire pit”

Rules for the use of the fire pit: The fire pit will not be left unattended while there is a fire. There are buckets of water; and a fire extinguisher near the fire pits for emergency use. Water shall be used in order to extinguish the fire upon leaving the fire pit. No fires after midnight. In an emergency please contact us immediately. Wood will be supplied as needed.

BBQ Use Rules

If you wish to use the BBQ. Please reply “I acknowledge the rules for the use of the BBQ”

Rules for the use of the BBQ. The BBQ shall only be lit while the cover is open. The valve on the propane tank shall be shut off once BBQ is no longer in use. If you require assistance in the use of the BBQ; please contact us immediately.

10:00 am Check Out Time

Check out is by 10:00 a.m.. There are absolutely no exceptions unless previous arrangements have been made at the time of booking. Those desiring to check-out later must communicate that at the time of the booking. There will be an additional $50/hr fee for every hour a guest is occupying the suite after 10:00 a.m, but under no circumstances can check-outs be later than 12:00 noon, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned (more workers will be required within this shorter time window). Guests who don’t check out by noon will be charged and additional $350 since we will need to relocate the next guests who have been inconvenienced. Guest agrees to pay $400 per day, for each animal brought to the property. Guest agrees to pay $400 per day for each additional person brought to the property over the guest limit. No visitors allowed.
