Our stylish and comfortable townhouse is perfect for your Hamilton visit.
Whether you're visiting for business or holiday our home is ideally located and has everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one.

Just a short stroll to Grey St cafes, restaurants and Duck Island Ice Cream.
Explore the river trails and take in the sights of the award winning Hamilton Gardens.

Tuucked down a quiet row next to Steel Park our two bedroom home offers a great functional layout.
Downstairs has a spacious and light filled open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening up onto a sunny, private patio.

Upstairs there are two very spacious and sunny bedrooms with King beds. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe and draw space.
Ceiling fans for cooling and heating.

There is a full bathroom upstairs and guest toilet downstairs.

Parking provided in secure internal access garage for one car - also free street parking available

Me and my family had a great stay at the property! The house was lovely and cosy, and looked just like what was listed. The house was clean, looked new and was located in a good place . Would stay at this property again.

Loved Hamilton

This was a perfect little home for our two nights in Hamilton. It was centrally located and we were able to walk to just about everything. The home was super clean and tidy and felt very cozy. Would definitely recommend if looking to stay in Hamilton.

Beautiful house near amenities

This property was a lovely place to stay. It was well appointed and close to amenities. We were there for only a few days but this property would be perfect for a week’s stay. The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet leading to a great sleep.

Great stay

Convenient location and easy walk to local eateries. The apartment was lovely, clean and warm. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great! After a long drive up, we also appreciated the well-stocked basic necessities in the kitchen and the chocolates on arrival.

Huge apartment in great area

Huge living room, two upstairs bedrooms. Property was a 5 minute walk away from a lot of restaurants. Attached garage with washer and dryer was a HUGE plus! Property was clean, and host communicated quickly with us.

Beautiful home and perfect location

Modern, new and private. Kitchen had everything you needed with lovely outdoor area off the lounge. Large bedrooms and having the extra toilet downstairs a plus. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. A must to go and see "Made". I loved my stay thank you.

Hamilton town house stay

We found this property ideal. As our Chch-Hamilton flight was cancelled, and we came via Auckland instead, we were quite stressed when we arrived later than planned. Cozy, quiet but near to restaurants and cafes

My wife, teenage son and I stayed at this cozy home in Hamilton for two nights. The neighborhood was quiet, but within walking distance of a commercial district with plenty of cafes and restaurants.Pro: I could park our electric car in the garage and get a slow charge.Con: The front door lock required a key on both sides of the door. Very annoying.

Everything that we needed.

We where in Hamilton for a week at the NZ Darts championships which was being held at the Glowbox event centre. It was an amazing week. Amazing stay, Amazing host Dianne ( thankyou) I gave a 4 star for location but that was because the apartment is in a school zone. Which meant we had to leave about 15 minutes earlier so we didn't get caught up in school traffic to get to the darts on time. But the location itself for needs & wants was perfect....

Wow

An excerpt from my journal says it all. I am sitting in the living room of a beautiful townhouse with a wall of windows that look out on the small patio and mature garden. The bougainvillea are in full bloom and lemons have ripened on the tree. Windows and patio door are wide open, birds are chirping, sounds waft in from the park where locals play cricket, the air smells of star jasmine, and the temp is so comfortable that I don’t feel it. Heaven.
