Our Big Bear Vacations team is looking forward to hosting you here in the mountains! Our team offers 24/7 support along with local on site offices and experience packages.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

There is no early arrival or later departure availability during peak season and holidays.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

California Penal Code: (a) Any person who knowingly and fraudulently represents himself or herself, through verbal or written notice, to be the owner or trainer of any canine licensed as, to be qualified as, or identified as, a guide, signal, or service dog, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six month, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and
