Nouveau et beau grand studio de 800 mÂČ.
Situé juste en face de la plage d'Eagle Beach, qui cette année a été élue par de nombreux voyageurs, parmi les plus belles plages du monde! Contrairement à Palm Beach, trÚs fréquentée et trÚs fréquentée, Eagle Beach offre la tranquillité, la qualité et la propreté de la mer.
Décoré avec goût dans un style italien. Belle vue mer depuis l'appartement et depuis le pont.
Cuisine entiÚrement équipée (four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave-vaisselle, batterie de cuisine, vaisselle et verres pour cuisiner confortablement).
Salle de bain avec douche avec carrelage mural en marbre.
TV 50 "à écran plat cùblé et Apple TV.
WiFi gratuit et illimité.
Nouvelle climatisation.

Le condo en copropriété Oasis a une belle piscine, un jacuzzi et des chaises longues,
Patio et barbecue pour le client.
Les clients ont également accÚs à une salle de gym avec différentes plates-formes et poids, parking surveillé et surveillance 24h.
Tout le mobilier est neuf, des tentes, matelas (180 x 200), cuisine etc etc.
La terrasse est équipée de table et chaises et canapé d'extérieur: on peut profiter d'une vue imprenable sur la mer. C'est une expérience unique de regarder le magnifique coucher de soleil, chaque soir le soleil nous donne ... en sirotant un bon verre de vin frais.
Le matin, il n'y a rien de mieux que de se promener tranquillement, de guérir le corps et l'esprit, la belle et douce plage de sable blanc.

Le quartier d'Eagle Beach est desservi par plusieurs restaurants dont le célÚbre et bien connu Chalet Suisse, Screaming Eagle, Passion on the beach et Las Ramblas.
Le meilleur supermarché super assorti de l'ßle (Superfood) se trouve à 500 mÚtres et vous pouvez facilement marcher (dix minutes)
A 50 mĂštres de l'appartement il y a un arrĂȘt de bus dans le quartier de Palm Beach (5 minutes) ou la capitale Oranjestad.

My husband and I just came back from our stay in Serena’s beautiful property. The apartment was as advertised and pictured on VRBO and we were very pleased. It is located in a nice apartment complex and a easy walk to the beach . Check in was very easy . Orientation by a very nice security guard . The apartment was very clean and we had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay . Communication with the host Serena was excellent . We met briefly with Kathy her assistant for a minor issue and she was lovely to deal with . The location is very convenient. Close to several restaurants at walking distance and close to a big supermarket. The highlight of the place though is the balcony . We enjoyed sitting there throughout the day looking at the gorgeous view of Eagle beach and beyond. We could see the cruise ship coming in while enjoying our coffee in the morning and the beautiful colors of sunset in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine . Aruba is a great island !

What a beautiful apartment and location. My wife and I enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony with a coffee and some fresh fruit after our beach day and before getting ready for our night out. The apartment itself is very well maintained and very comfortable. We can't wait to book again!!

This apartment was amazing. Top floor balcony view was breathtaking. Serena was a very gracious hostess and is eager to please her guests. Comfortable bed and kitchen was fully stocked. We rebooked Serena’s place before we even left the island. Already counting the days until we can return to paradise!

Great Location

Feb. 1 - 8..We had a great time staying at this apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week, the patio has a nice view! Grocery store is a short walk, we did take a taxi back for our first visit there! There are restaurants within walking distance, we felt very safe there!Serena and Katy were very responsive to any questions we had!

Excellent!!

This was our second stay at this apartment. It’s beautiful and I can’t wait to return. Easy walk to the beach, lovely pool and hot tub at the apartment complex, and gorgeous views from the balcony. It’s quiet and relaxing. Lovely escape from New England winters!

And had 2 beach chairs, small cooler and beach towels ( thought might be nice to have additional set of 2 adult beach towels to use ( though did have washer/dryer). Overall great vacation

Amazing Visit

Oasis Penthouse condiniiu

My husband and I rented this property for a week,and we had a wonderful time.The apartment is exactly as seen in the photo.The balcony was great to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset.The property was very clean,and equipped with all the essentials.The beach is beautiful,and just a 2 min walk..Ten min drive to palm beach where all the water activities are.Will def.stay here again on our next trip.

4th Stay & Still Excellent

This was our 4th stay at Serena's condo and it was just as great as the previous 3. Condo is well maintained, has a beautiful view of Eagle Beach, & is a short walk to the beach. Serena or Katy was always available if we needed anything. We are already looking to book again for next year.

Serene location steps away from Eagle Beach with amazing views

This condo unit was gorgeous and offers a panoramic view of Eagle Beach from the spacious balcony. We sat out every morning and evening, and never got tired of the aqua blue ocean. Our host Serena answered all the questions we had, and provided great details for restaurants and other local amenities. If you enjoy a beautiful pool area with less people ( only 35 condo units in Oasis), this is for you. There are quite a few restaurants right on the beach within walking distance, or the hotel zone is a short taxi ride where you can find any type of food or shopping you like. We definitely would recommend renting this extremely clean and spacious unit from Serena.

This property is superb! Everything is so clean and spacious. The décor inside and on the balcony is thoughtful and lovely. All the kitchen appliances and utensils are like new. It was great to be met by the building's security to get a quick orientation. The location for beach lovers is ideal and there are several good restaurants a short walk away. We'd definitely look to book this place again. Thank you so much!

Christmas in Arubs

The condo was a perfect set-up We wanted a quieter area and this was exactly we experienced. Amenities were very nice and the location across from Eagle Beach was excellent. The proporty manager was quick to respond when we had a question. Many restaurant options near by, a large market was just a few blocks away. The balcony was beautiful, and the view was great. The beach has water sports, dining and beach bars. The people were friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend if going to Aruba but avoiding the high traffic resorts.
