Jean, thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay at all. This is not what we want. I can assure you, all of our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. We would have absolutely addressed this with you if you had made us aware. We do regularly get the carpets shampooed as needed. We will definitely pass your feedback along to the owner regarding improvements. The elevators here at Golden Sands are ran completely by the building. The lobby gets cleaned every morning by the buildings cleaning team as well. I certainly hope you give us a chance the next time you want to visit Ocean City; we would love to help you find the perfect vacation home for you and your family! :-)

Hi there Sara, Thank you for your feedback, I am very sorry to hear that you were at all disappointed with your stay with us at the Golden Sands. I wish you had reached out and given us an opportunity to help with any of the items within the condo that we could have assisted with, with our office in the building and regular communications, we were available and would have been happy to help. I'm very sorry that you found any issues at all, we certainly do our best to have things perfect right from the start but we would have happily addressed any concerns for you immediately! I reviewed your messages with our team and it does appear that you had reported it being warm in the condo when you arrived but you then closed the blinds and allowed the system time to catch up and everything seemed to be fine after that and you did not want maintenance to come check it due to your kids napping. I am sincerely sorry about the elevators and the fire alarm, while I do understand that those were an inconvenience, I'm sure that you understand that those were unique situations, totally out of our control.
