Private Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment!!! Dedicated Wok Desk and Free Parking.

One-bedroom walkout basement apartment with a ravine view and a private entrance. The fire pit is available for guests to enjoy nature while deer stop by for goodies but need help to cross the fence, it's absolutely secure!
Highways 401 and 407 are only a 2-minute drive away, as is downtown Ajax. It takes 20 minutes to go to Toronto East and 5 minutes to get to the Casino. It is ideal for business travellers.

The apartment comes with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, bedroom, and washroom. Bathroom: includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hairdryer. Washer and dryer are not included.

The apartment has a separate entrance and free parking in the driveway. Free high-speed wifi. Enjoy watching Netflix by using your own account.

Zero tolerance for pets, parties, drugs and loud gatherings. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house. No outside guest is allowed if not registered under Airbnb reservation.

This is our 2nd stay and it’s a perfect location and accomodations for a trip to visit family. Bed is comfy and the apartment has everything we need. Mohammad is extremely pleasant and quick to answer any questions we had.

Very cozy

Mohammad was an excellent host. He replied to all my queries quickly and was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all we needed for our stay. Perfect location for our needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Mohammad for your hospitality.

Wonderful place for a vacation

This place was magnificent!! I highly recommend for those who would plan their vacation to have a very clean, spacious and wonderful house in a quite and friendly neighbourhood. The property owner and his families are great and welcoming who made you feel at home. My fiancee were also impressed by every details that any family needs from a descent house.

Perfect little apartment

The host was fabulous, welcomed us and let us know that we could contact him any time day or night. We could have cooked meals there too, all the amenities of home. Beautiful back yard too.

The hosts were amazing, very friendly and regularly checked in with me to ensure I’m comfortable at their unit. Little things matter: they put nice note for guests, made the table and after a long day, long flight and regular heavy traffic in Toronto the welcoming vibe of the unit removed most of that tiredness.

An amazing stay in Durham region

I stayed here with my boyfriend who is visiting from the Netherlands. The hosts are very communicative upon booking all the way to the end of the stay to ensure our comfort. The room has everything you need and a little more. There were complimentary snacks and coffee for you, everything is labelled properly, and is extremely private. Mohammad is a great host and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again!
