Access to the apartment involves a set of stairs, as there is no lift. Undercover parking for 2 cars is available in the basement, along with a lock-up storage area for your surfboards, bikes, and more. Full laundry facilities, including a washing machine and clothes dryer, are at your disposal.
This property is fully self-contained, featuring complete kitchens and laundries. Linen and bath towels are provided, with beds made up, along with a starter kit of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents to get you through your first night.
