Set on over 100 acres overlooking the Macedon Ranges, Drummond Estate is a luxury home suitable for families and small groups. The 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, modern-designed home is located just outside of Kyneton, and 15 minutes’ drive from Daylesford, making it the perfect location to explore the region. A seasonally heated plunge pool (25-30 degrees) a highlight!

The central living area comprises floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking views across the spring-fed dam, onto the valley and mountains. The view can be enjoyed whilst cooking in the fully equipped spacious kitchen, with an enormous marble bench top, or the 10-seater round breakfast bar, perfect for one of the many spots to have a drink and admire the view. A stunning Siena cast iron wood fireplace separates the formal 10-seater dining table and the open lounge area, accommodating two beautiful soft leather couches.

Wake up to magical sunrises with kangaroos hopping along the crest of the hill each morning at daybreak, from each of the beautifully colour-themed bedrooms. Each room has individual heating/cooling capabilities, built-in desks, and built-in robes, all exhibiting their own unique view of the property and beyond. The glorious main king bedroom consists of its own gas fireplace, full ensuite with freestanding bath, large walk-in robe, and private work desk area.

There is an exterior deck that wraps around the living area, allowing you to sit and enjoy the view on one of the large beanbags, otherwise entertaining can be enjoyed on the 10-seater outdoor table, with Webber BBQ and outdoor bar fridge to facilitate summer evening dining alfresco.
