Encounter serenity at Tiny House 13 at Grampians' Edge by Tiny Away–a hideaway in Dadswell Bridge, Victoria, Australia. Our Loft Style Tiny House is nestled in an outdoor retreat, complete with recreational open spaces, BBQ nights, campfires, and nearby attractions to explore.
The Grampians offer a secluded area to relax while enjoying scenic views with a countryside life experience.
The Space:
Tiny House 13 at Grampians' Edge by Tiny Away is nestled in the Grampians National Park, covering an area of about 100,000 hectares for you to explore.
Explore deep gorges, stunning weathered rock formations, waterfalls, and abundant wildflowers in Grampians National Park. Halls Gap is only 30 minutes away and close to exciting attractions such as Beehive Falls, Mount Zero, Mount Stapylton, Hollow Mountain, Halls Gap Zoo, and Pinnacle Lookout.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with an air conditioning unit, a kitchenette (including a fridge), cooking equipment, and a private ensuite. This includes linen and towels. The bathroom uses a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, additional fees will apply for late check-outs.
Please be advised that there will be other guests on the property. Remember to respect the privacy of other guests on-site in order to maintain the park's peace and tranquility.
Park Rules:
- Confirm that purple taps provide creek water and are not potable.
- Please note that water is potable in all cabins, Tiny Houses, and powered sites.
Guest Access:
ATTENTION TO ALL GUESTS! This tiny house welcomes pets! However, if you have pet allergies, we recommend booking another tiny house on the property that is not pet-friendly for your comfort.
Guests can access the communal facilities and 14-acre park, including the following amenities:
- Laundry
- Camp Kitchen
- Swimming pool
- Communal firepit
- Recreation room
- Communal gas BBQ
- Local Tennis Courts
The Neighborhood:
Tiny House 13 is located at Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians Edge, in the Grampians National Park. Hiking trails, 4WD tracks, mountain biking trails, fishing, and kayaking are a few of things you can enjoy. Making it the perfect tiny house Victoria getaway in Australia. Stawell, Halls Gap, and Horsham are just a few of the nearby towns in the area.
What’s more, the holiday park is closest to Beehive Falls (30 mins or back access road for 4WD), Lake Lonsdale and Lake Fyans for the water enthusiasts.
From the East/outbound Adelaide, you can shop at Horsham first and check out Cheeky Fox Cafe on the main street. And from West/outbound Melbourne, Woolworths is in the main street, and check out the NEW highway cafe, Frankz - takeaway or dine in meals.

- Halls Gap Hotel is known as the best family bistro in the Grampians
- Barney's Bar & Bistro in Pomonal offers lunch and dinner, kid and pet-friendly.

- Mount Zero Olives is committed to growing quality, sustainability, and flavourful ingredients in Victoria.
- Grampians Wine Region is home to the oldest producing quality wines and some of Australia's best shiraz.
- Live Fast Cafe is a popular go-to brunch spot that serves delectable meals, pastries, desserts, and excellent coffee.
- Pomonal Estate is approximately 10 minutes from Halls Gap, a newly established Winery, Microbrewery, and Cider House.
- Raccolto Pizzeria in In Halls Gap follows traditional Italian pizzeria principles and serves a wide range of delectable wood-fired pizzas.

- Mount Zero is a medium grade hike up, and the closest option to the park.
- Boroka Lookout in the Grampians offers breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
- Venus Baths is the ideal location for scenic walks with several deeper rock pools to explore.
- Halls Gap Zoo, Victoria's premier regional zoo, offers lots of opportunities to see Meerkats, Rhinoceros, Giraffes, and Dingoes.
- MacKenzie Falls Lookout is one of the largest waterfalls in Victoria. The walk to the base of the falls is 2km down many steps so be prepared for a hike back up.
- Grampians National Park is the main attraction near our park, with hiking trails to explore waterfalls, breathtaking mountain views, and encounters with native wildlife
- Broken Falls Walk has beautiful views of the upper section of the Mackenzie Falls. The 500m walk is wheelchair friendly and one of the best spots to see the impressive Mackenzie River Gorge.
- The Pinnacle Lookout has a number of different walking options to reach The Pinnacle. The easiest route is from the Sundial car park and it ascends via Devils Gap. This is the best route for families with young children. Please advise that it is a 4.2 km trail.
Getting Around:
By car: 3 hrs from Melbourne
By public transport: Nearest train station is "Ararat Railway Station", take bus to "Dadswell Bridge Motel" and then walk 10 mins (800m) to the property

- Mobile reception is good for Telstra in some parts of the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. Please register at the office.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
We would like to remind our guests of the following:
- Staff reserves the right to remove you from the premises with any break of these rules.
- Staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any pets entry without prior approval if the total number of pets in the park exceeds 7 (SEVEN).
Pets Policy
- Pets costs $30 pet surcharge to the guest upon check-in.
- All droppings are to be picked up immediately by the owner.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED to be left alone inside the tiny house
- All owners must provide their own pets’ bedding, food, and water bowls.
- Pets must remain on a leash and must be kept under control AT ALL TIMES.
- All pets must NOT ENTER the common areas in the park. This includes the Recreational Room, the Indoor Camp Kitchen, the Office/Reception, the pool area, and the amenities block.
- MORE IMPORTANTLY, please inform your host if you plan to bring your pets to our property at least 24 hours prior to arrival, and provide the necessary details about your pet (e.g., weight, breed, etc.)
Important note:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during fire bans
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property and bugs are around
