Enjoy a unique and memorable stay in this newly renovated property. This amazing 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment offers a spacious king bedroom spa-quality sheets and a 55" TV, living room with a 55" TV, and a lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and a light filled eat-in breakfast nook.
This home is directly on the Endymion Mardi Gras Parade route. Endymion takes place the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. It is truly a special experience to be on a parade route.
Guest Access:
You will have complete and private access to this one-bedroom, one-bathroom space.
The Neighborhood:
Mid-City is truly in the middle of New Orleans and very central to all you could want to do. It is convenient, safe, and easy to get around. On the corner you'll find famous Mandina's featuring a mix of Italian & Cajun-Creole seafood, steaks & pasta. There are many great restaurants and bars within a half mile including Juan's Flying Burrito's, Venezia, Bevi's Seafood, and much more!
You can take the street car directly into the French Quarter in under 5 minutes, or take it the opposite direction and be in City Park and the famous cemetairies in under 5 minutes. Truly the center of the city!
Getting Around:
You are on the Canal street car line! Right out from of the building you can catch the Canal street which will take you right down to the French Quarter.
Other Things to Note:
There are two apartments in the building and a law-office on the ground level.
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
