Blue Water Views offers stunning views of Tasman Bay, Tahuna Beach area, Rabbit Island & the beautiful Western Ranges! This property is modern, well appointed and central to Richmond, Stoke and Nelson. Walking distance to the foreshore and Nelson town center.
Sit back and have a wine whilst overlooking Tasman Bay from the deck or lounge area. Prepare all your meals in the fully applianced gourmet kitchen whilst the children watch their favorite movies on the large screen TV.
This holiday home is ideal for couples, small families or if you need a virtual office whilst traveling. Blue Water Views is well equipped with every home comfort & convenience provided for you. It will be our pleasure to host you in this wonderful home.
**Special notes:
Car Parking - There are 2 off-street car parks only. One in the garage that is suitable for a standard vehicle and one car park immediately in front of the garage door. Parking is not permitted above the property,on the turning circle beside the entry to the garage.
Noise restrictions - Neighbourhood quiet rules apply between 10pm and 730am. Breach of this rule may result in security callout & venue charges.
Pets - By special written permission only, pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), youâll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and youâll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, weâll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

The playgrounds and recreational areas behind the beach are ideal for families and the 'Back Beach' is great for dog walking.
While staying here, we recommend hiring Stand-up Paddle Boards at the beach and cruising out and around Haulashore Island or walking up the Tamaki St steps to the lookout at the of the hill!
