City of Winnipeg bylaw only allows 4 adults max in this unit.if you exceed the number of adults allowed you will be evicted. Gorgeous corner unit overlooking the city from the 16th floor. Two king-size beds will make this the perfect stay. Modern furniture, industrial building in the heart of downtown. Across from the Winnipeg Jets and concert. Kitchen has everything you need, laundry is included and Wi-Fi. Amazing view a must stay. This building does not allow any extra guests. The City bylaw needs to be followed, which is maximum of 4 adults in this unit failure to adhere to this rule rollover result in eviction early check-in is available on a first come first serve basis 12 PM check-in is $75, 1 PM. Check-in is $60 and 2 PM check-in is $50. If you ask on the same day there is an extra $10 charge. We also offer a late check out based on first come first served 1 PM checkout is $35, 2 PM. Checkout is $50 and it’s only based on availability Ideas required in order to book. Please send a screenshot of your ID through the chat. Once you have booked no entrance will be allowed until we receive the screenshot of the ID. We do not allow cats at all. Do not even ask we have zero tolerance for parties, reckless behavior, disturbing the neighbours and mistreatment of Security. If any of the above are done, we will evict and there is no refund people live in this building. You need to respect the neighbours and keep the noise to a respectable level. Super location

Great spot downtown if attending something at the Canada Life centre. Lots of restaurants close by. 16th floor was nice and quiet and has great views. Nice modern decor and comfy beds. Would definitely stay there again!

clean modern loft space

this property was clean, safe and secure. It had everything we need for our stay, clean towels, extra garbage bags sufficient dishes, coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer was a bonus!

Perfect location

This apartment was in a great location. Overall an awesome place to stay if you’re visiting Winnipeg. We could walk to our concert at Canada Life Center and many restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful views from the apartment. Bedrooms are a bit crammed but comfortable beds were great. Note- you can get a parking pass for the garage, ahead of time, which would save some money if we knew this ahead of time.

Excellent downtown stay

Rental is as advertised. If you want to be close to the action for jets games or concerts, this is the one. Great for 2 couples staying, as there are 2 bathrooms to offer some extra privacy. Some general aaesthetic maintenance needed in the space but nothing affecting our stay.

Fun place to stay for a different experience

The apartment was clean and the communication was great. Highly suggest the parking pass to make your life easier. Some of the neighborhood is not good but just be aware and don't travel alone. Fun experience to be so high up and have some great views.

Great location

Overall very good. No cable TV (That I could find) and no paper towel or napkins. Couch in living room is hard to sit in but it wasn’t awful. Bed was amazing. Carley was amazing to deal with. Recommend booking a parking pass in advance. Just paying the parkade fee is double.

Small but adequate accomodations.

The condo is pretty tight - hard to walk around the master bed to the bathroom. The shower heads were functional but the adjustments for aim were broken. Overall the accommodations were ok…..

Great location

We have never been to Canada before, so road tripped to Winnipeg. It's a great downtown location. Easy walk to McDermot Street to eat and hang out. The homeless people didn't bother us, except for 1 drunk one. Great view on the 16th floor. We will be be back again. Only thing we didn't like is you don't get your check in instructions until right before 4 pm. But it turned out ok.

Super Unit in great location

Colleague and I were in for a week on business, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with great balcony and 16th floor view of the north end. Unit clean and mostly well equipped. 1 block from Portage & Canada Life Center. Parking arcade next door; secure building. Minor concerns: no napkins or paper towels, only a keurig coffee maker, was not able to access most tv channels. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful view

It was a quick stay and the accommodations were pretty good but I was very disappointed we couldn’t access the deck because the northern lights were out and I had to go to the roof with a ton of people rather than enjoy the private deck I paid for. 😢

There is instructions in the welcome book how to open the door. There is nothing wrong with the door. Also might have helped yourself if you had sent a message asking how to open the door instead of leaving a false review

Great View, Location, Okay Apartment

The condo is beautiful. Floor to ceiling windows and balcony are really neat. This VRBO could be truly incredible with a bit more thought and small touches from the host. It felt dirty, things weren’t well cleaned, the kitchen wasn’t stocked with nice, basic necessities, just the small touches that set something apart didn’t exist. It still suited us well for our stay, but could be even better with a little thoughtfulness.
