This house was perfect for our family and we had a great time! The location was perfect, the neighborhood is quiet as well. I do have to say, Evolve wasn’t very responsive to messages sent but once they put me in touch with the owner, Juan, he was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience!Would recommend checking ceiling fans in bundled rooms, hard time getting them started.Need a new dustpan or sweeper.Super easy walk to beach!

Great place for girls getaway

A group of moms and girls rented this house for a weekend in Galveston. It was clean, the beds were comfy, all the appliances worked and the property manager was great.

Perfect for our families spring break!

The house was great! Everything was in great condition and exactly as shown in the pictures. Check in and out was simple. Easy access to a quiet area of beach was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

Great location on beach! The house was spacious and as advertised. There were a few cosmetic things about the house that were not completely up to par for the price but overall a good stay and they had what we needed.

Jamaica Beach House, Galveston, Tx

This 5 bedroom, 5 bath home was perfect for our annual family Christmas trip. It is a very short walk on sand to the beach. The home is just as described m, with comfy beds, plenty of towels, and very clean. I would definitely book this home again.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful, right on the beach. We love the fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Huge kitchen, great for large groups. Love having coffee on the balcony and watching the waves.

Our family stay

We got this location because my little brother got married and it was close to the venue. The house was beautiful and clean and it was a short walk to the beach. The view was incredible! We had 5 kids with us and it was perfect being so close to the beach. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again! The property manager was so great and helpful as well.

This house is beautiful and has great views! Our only complaint was the garbage cans were full and they smelled bad. Other than that, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

A Beautiful Home Right on the Water!

We loved our stay at Tampico Breeze! The hosts were very easy to work with, and the house was beautiful! All rooms were exactly as described and everything was finished so well - clean rooms, comfortable beds, a bathroom for everyone (!) and a perfect common space for meals and games. Plus... just a very short walk from the beach! We will definitely be back.

Great house close to the beach with no auto traffic on that part of the beach which was great. Rooms in the house were great. The owner very responsive. Would book again!

Tampico Breeze Vacation Beach Home

This vacation home was SO great. It is has a direct, unobstructed view of the ocean. Plenty of parking for multiple cars, and a dry place for chalk fun on a rainy day. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and very comfortable beds and bed linens. The home is well maintained and the owner responds promptly to questions. I would highly recommend this property for a family needing a big, comfortable home for their vacation or long weekend.

Amazing!!!

I don’t really want to share this place with anyone else but it is amazing!! All brand new, clean, decorated beautifully, private beach close by, quiet neighborhood, and great communication with the owner! He also has two other properties that sleep even more people. May be back soon!

Family Christmas Trip

Our Christmas trip to Jamaica Beach was truly enjoyed. The home we rented was perfect for our family, and the beach was beautiful. The 5 bedroom, 5 bath house was very comfy and clean, and the neighborhood was quite and friendly. The 2 decks provide a scenic view of the beach, which is a easy walk from the house. The host provided plenty of cups, glasses, eating utensils, and towels for our family. Juan was a great host and quickly replied to any of our questions. I will book this property again for our next family trip t o Galveston.
