It was nice. It’s casual but not as close to the walking area that I needed to be and it has Window air-conditioning that worked fine but wasn’t expecting it overall it worked for what I needed.

Great 2 BR within easy walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor. Easy communications and check in/out. Cute place with everything we needed for a great weekend in Ann Arbor!

Perfect location in terms of proximity to campus and downtown ann arbor, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were large and bright, beds had excellent linens, pillows. I worried it would be noisy being over a bakery, but the bakery doesn't open til 10 and overall the property was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again

Great Ann Arbor Location

Nice, and surprisingly quiet spot on Miller Street that was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The place is clean, airy and light and we were quite content here.

University of Michigan & downtown Ann Arbor

My son and I went to Ann Arbor to visit the University of Michigan. We wanted to stay a day and tour Ann Arbor. The apartment was absolutely perfect. We toured the university first and then checked into the property. Once we checked in, I didn’t get in my car until we left. The unit had everything we needed as far as toiletries, chargers, fans, And clean comfortable space in furniture. The unit is above an adorable bakery with all kinds of treats. We enjoyed delicious cookies and a cappuccino. there is a market right across the street with great prepared meals, breads, snacks, and high-quality meat. The unit is actually right inside downtown and arbor, just a few blocks away from so much shopping and really great restaurants. We bumped into the owner of the property, a couple of times while he was coming and going from the bakery and he was a delight to chat with, but we definitely felt like the space was private and cozy. We loved it and will definitely try and rent again if we are back in Ann Arbor.
