Less than 2 miles from The Big House! A short drive to downtown and the Michigan campus, this beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to most main roads. A great place to stay for a friends-reunion or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekends or sporting event.

The house was completely redone in 2019, furnished in every room with a simple and clean look in mind, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The home has three bedrooms with four beds and an additional blow up queen mattress in the basement if needed. The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests for your safety and comfort. Please enjoy this home and let me know if anything is missing during your stay!

A Perfect Stay!

This is a great property! Close to everything and the owner was the best! When I mentioned we would be there for Christmas he put up a tree and some decorations for us.We will definitely stay here again!

This property is in a safe and quiet family-orientated neighborhood. It is located on the west side of Ann Arbor and is just two homes away from a street called Scio that will quickly lead you to Main Street. The house is beautiful. It was completely renovated in early 2019 and is well-kept. The home is professionally cleaned between each and every visit.
