Love it

This was great property. Clean and close to Indoor waterpark from back door. They should add more pictures of property. Also instructions is also not great. They need to provide more clear direction.

Labor Day

Check in was very easy and accommodating. Condo was clean and exceeded all expectations. Conveniently located in middle of complex. We have stayed at Wilderness before, but the condo at Wyndham really spoiled us with all of the amenities that aren’t available in the other rooms on property. Will definitely be back.

Issues but good resolve

The initial reservation got cancelled two days before our stay but the rental manager took care of it and upgraded the stay with better accommodations then we could have hoped for. It was an awesome vacation.

It was amazing! I didn’t want to leave.

The place was amazing. Everything went wonderful. Very clean . Very easy to check in . I will definitely book again . We had everything we needed . The best place I have ever stayed in over 21 years in Tennessee. Great communication with owners very nice people. Can’t wait to come back and stay again .

Wonderful Family Get Away

The location was great, and the amenities can't be beat at this location. Especially if you have kids to keep busy. The rooms were beautiful and everything we needed. Also, the owners were extremely friendly, and made sure we had all the information needed in advance. Would recommend 10/10 for sure!!

Beautiful Property

This property was truly amazing. The beds were comfortable, the room was very spacious, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Although it isn’t in the same building as the Wilderness Waterpark, the shuttle service is on a constant loop
so we never had to wait long. I would highly recommend this property. The only issue we had was that the AC unit was leaking in the master suite, which left a puddle in the floor and got some of our things wet one night. However, it was a very warm weekend and we kept the AC running, so we understood that sometimes things like that happen. We soaked up the water on the floor with towels, and threw our wet clothes in the dryer - no big deal to us. We will definitely be back.

Awesome spring break.

We had such an amazing time. We have five teenage kids with two special needs boys. They truly enjoyed the stay and had a blast at the water park. I would definitely do this again.

Convenient

The property was right next to the convention center where our daughter played volleyball so it was easy to access. Our little ones had a blast at the indoor water park. The grandparents had enough room to enjoy staying with us also. Property was well kept.

Can’t say enough great things

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. The property itself, the staff, the room, even the staff at the water parks. My youngest has Down syndrome and was dying to do the belly skiing in the water park, one of the workers laid down on the ground and held the board for him while he rode. My oldest had a pretty bad fall the night before we left and was in a boot and the front desk gave us ziplock bags and a bag of ice so we didn’t have to keep going to the main area for ice. The older kids loved the after hours option we did it 2 nights so they could swim from 10-11 with the lights on in the waterpark. They all would’ve rather stayed at the resort our whole stay than to go to a dinner show or even watch the fireworks! Communication with Marian was impeccable, and quick. I would and have already recommended this property to multiple people. & we already can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much for sharing this space with us. The Marcum’s.

More than expected

The pictures of this property does not do it justice. This rental is beautiful! Very spacious and convenient location. Especially love the little waterproof armband that functioned like a room keycard. The beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. The jetted tub offered wonderful relief for tired muscles after event filled days, kids enjoyed it too. Lol. Would stay here again for sure.

Volleyball in the Wilderness

The condo was very spacious with a good view of the golf course. Very comfortable beds. Loved the jacuzzi tub! Lots of work with the volleyball tournament, but our stay in your unit gave us a taste of “playtime” đŸ€— Although we didn’t have time for the indoor water park, we still got a sense of being on vacation! Coming back!

This was a great end to our vacation in TN. The property was great, lots of things to do and everyone was occupied at all times. I'm really glad this place is welcoming and respectful with cleanliness. We will definitely be back and I'm bookmarking who we booked with. They were wonderful. Quick responses and through the app. Watch out others who handle the bookings through this property don't show it's booked and will try to handle refunds outside of the app when the dates are not available. Great host! Thank you for letting us end the year right!
