No shortage of things to do with only a 3 minute drive to historic downtown Port Perry, 6 minutes to the Casino, or more than 20 golf courses within 25km. Not to mention all of the nearby wineries and cideries.

The space
Fully renovated and fully private, self contained, walkout basement directly to the lake consists of a bedroom that will treat you to the comfort of a king size bed, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious open living and modern pub style dining area.

If you are looking to relax and enjoy a romantic getaway, the nature or everything that the area has to offer then this space is for you. This is NOT a party place and sorry NO pets or children.
Guest access
You will have access to your private unit with your own unique key code. Once you are at the property you will have use of the backyard which provides access to the lake, dock and a fire pit area.
Other things to note
For insurance purposes there can be no other people allowed on the property only the individual or couple that booked the apartment
