Such a great spot to relax and unwind. Perfect for a family getaway a short drive from the lake. Love all the amenities in this gated community. The hosts of our cottage were so kind and accommodating. Will be going back again soon!

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The cabin was spotless, lots of space, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our family. The facilities were excellent – kids loved the pools, the Treehouse, hot tubs and all the amenities around the resort. Location was great, with easy access to Cultus Lake and plenty of walking trails nearby. Great wildlife and views. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, with clear instructions and quick responses. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday near Cultus Lake. Great for families!

This was our 3rd trip to The Cottages, and we have stayed in a different home each time. There is no Wifi at this home. The property details state there is Wifi, but once you get to the home, it says it is available at the property clubhouse, which is not ideal. Cleanliness was a big issue. As soon as we arrived I could tell it was not professionally cleaned - dusty decor and tables, dirty floor, dirty bathrooms, dirty dishes in the cabinets. The drip coffee maker was so dirty that it was unusable, and we had to go into town to buy our own to use for the week. The BBQ ignition did not work and it was so dirty that it wasn't usable. The check out instructions basically state that you must clean all of that before you leave. This leads me to believe that the cleanliness is based on whomever rented the property before you.The home itself is not stocked well for renters. We had to buy our own beach towels, as only bath towels were provided with instructions to not use them at the lake. There were maybe 4 towels total, no extras. The cooking utensils were melted plastic and pots/pans were rusted.There were no lake toys provided at all. At previous properties we were offered balls, floaties, chairs, blankets, towels, etc. These touches really help make a lake cottage great for travelers.The home itself is beautiful, but cleanliness and amenities need a lot of attention.

Great property. Our family loved the amenities at the Treehouse! Would stay here again (already thinking about it for next year). Do wish and internet/cable was available in the cottage. Overall, super recommend this property.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This was the perfect cottage and location for our stay. Everything we might need was supplied, cottage design and decor made it incredibly easy to maintain. The pool, tennis courts and Rec Center were an added bonus. Host had detailed notes on check in, check out and was really easy to get hold of during our stay. Could not recommend this enough.

Outstanding Tranquil Gem Nestled in the Forest

Outstanding cottage!!! It is so cozy and well equipped for a family!!! The private community area and pool is welcoming and beautifully maintained !!! We love the safety and luxury of the private space beautifully located near the lake and creek and tucked into the mountain. You will never find a more amazing vacation spot! The whole neighbourhood is super friendly and welcoming! The cottage is gorgeously decorated !!! We loved the back patio every morning and evening. We want to come back every year!

We all had a wonderful time! The home was easy to find, communication with the owner was fast and very helpful. We felt very welcomed with a little welcome gift when we arrived. We would love to come back!

Incredible gated community!

The Cottages are Cultus is a fantastic gated community just 2 mins from beaches and 10 mins from parks but you really don’t even need to leave the community because the facilities are outstanding! This cottage has a great layout and location, nice decor and comfy beds and furniture. Unfortunately, the cleaning fell short in several areas and the kitchen had some basic items missing or of quality needing replacement. Hosts were kind and responsive to feedback so hopefully some updates and deep cleans will result in a 5/5 stay for future visitors!
