Lovely Home and Great Views!

We enjoyed our stay immensely at this Mid Century Modern home. It is perfect for a quiet get away with lovely views. The pool was crisp and clear! I received an immediate response from the host when I had a question, and the house is a great size for our family. We loved it and will be back soon! Thanks so much for your positive review. At first we were keeping the fence intact and the electricity active but it broke several times and it was costly and a hassle to get it fixed so we had Evolve document that the electricity is not active. I will let our guest contact know to leave the gate closed as it could still prevent large animals from coming in the yard. We had a delightful time. It’s a great place for a family vacation. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It’s easy to get to from the highway. You can hear Highway 64 noise from the pagoda. It’s not bad, but you can definitely hear it. You are close to numerous outdoor activities and can stay busy or just relax. Enjoyed our time!

Great place to get away and unwind

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend just to get out of the city and unplug for a few days. It was the perfect place for that! The house is immaculate, and the pool is perfect. We had some issues with the electricity going out a few times while we were there, but the Host was great to work with, and the owner even refunded a portion of our stay for the trouble.

We regret your experience with the power outages, which were caused by storms that came through the area. The power outage was not limited to our home but involved thousands of people, and from my understanding, it involved even the Nashville area. We did reach out to the power company as soon as we were informed of the outage, and they assured us that they were actively working to restore the power. As we had no control over the situation, we felt the most reasonable thing to do was to give a partial refund.We hope you will consider using our mountain home again the next time you are in the area. Great stay

Very much enjoyed our stay. Electrical of the house incredibly odd, but we got enjoyment out of the mysteries. Spider webs over the door ways would be only complaint!

Great Family Vacation

This location is fantastic! The view of the mountains and sunset were gorgeous! It stormed one evening while we were there and that was amazing to watch the storm approach over the mountains too!The house appears to be very cared for and any questions we had were quickly answered. Beautiful area

Great views and a nice quiet area. It had a very open feeling with a great view of the mountains. The property managers were prompt to respond and checked in to make sure everything was going ok and we had what we needed.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. BACK DOOR OPENING WAS INTERESTING BUT INSTRUCTIONS WERE SENT BY CONTACT PERSON TO HELP. LIGHT SWITCHES ARE A LITTLE ODD BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE HOME WAS CLEAN WELL KEPT AND COMFORTABLE WITH A SCENIC VIEW OUT THE BACK FOR THE FALL LEAVES. ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Beautiful views and easy access

This house is unique. The views are stunning and to have a private pool is quite peaceful.There are helpful amenities but just a few things to consider: there is only one rack for both ovens so if you are making something that takes up more space, you have to be creative. Also, the heated pool never really got above 78 degrees which was still a bit cold given the cooler air temps. Maybe it heats faster in warmer weather. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and the views really are breathtaking! A great stay for a family or a few couples.

Beautiful views

There were 6 of us and this home accommodated us perfectly. We loved the retro feel of the home. Took us a while to figure out the lighting. The home was clean and well kept. The only draw back were the gnats… there are some many of them. I guess that comes with nature. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mountain stay

Only complaint were the couches, covers kept falling off and I think you need more seats for the number of people that the house holds. Additionally the dining room table seats were not sturdy. Therefore we were afraid to use it.

Gorgeous property

Absolutely beautiful house situated in the most perfect spot in the mountains for the most perfect view. I'm not even kidding it was so beautiful, we just stared out the huge floor to ceiling windows when it was raining for awhile. The home is an amazing mid century home that thankfully the owners kept so much of the original charm for. The pool was also so much fun. The host provided a lot of helpful information as well! Only thing is the light switch situation as previously mentioned by others is definitely quirky and there's soooo many switches. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect and an amazing getaway.

Amazing time

We had an amazing time. The views were phenomenal. There was a power outage from a storm when we arrived. The point of contact reacted immediately. Made sure we were taken care of. Even with us not being able to control mother nature they still went above and beyond for my family.

No one wanted to leave!

This was one of the most relaxing long weekends ever. The house is fabulous, exactly like the pictures. The pool was so refreshing during these hot a$& days we've been having and the gazebo at sunrise and sunset is spectacular. Only one little issue with the pool but it was taken care of immediately! The 6 year old who was with us said on our last day...."I don't want to leave this house. I want to live here." :) We all felt that way!
