We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Turtle Point condo. It is a great location that is central on the island and close to the beach. The condo is stocked for evenings to stay in and cook and play games with the family, and it is very close to the restaurant at Turtle Point Golf Course and additional restaurants at The Sanctuary.

Spent thanksgiving here. Close beach access. Villa filled with light. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

We spent a week in this beautiful villa- so bright and clean, perfect for our needs (2 adults and 3 “kids” age 20, 18 and 16). Easy walk or short bike ride to the beach, watching the golfers and gator from our balcony and the ease of having beach gear/bikes delivered to our door are what made this place well worth the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Suited our Needs

The Positives: A very spacious, sunfilled villa, with great views in an ideal location!!!! The $250 beach/bike credit was a great perk. Lots of clean, fresh white bath towels and starter bath kits as well as kitchen starter kits, paper towels and garbage bags. The Cons: The Villa could benefit from a really good window washing, the great views are viewed through very dirty windows, the washing machine has a very foul, sick,odor, though, thankfully, the one load we did our clothes didn't end up smelling that way. The front entrance had leaves, litter and was loaded with dead bugs, and lastly, nobody in our group could open the upstairs balcony slider, which was a shame as it would have been a nice space to utilize. It would take so little to bring this villa up to a 5 star rating. Simple things like a set of wine glasses, beach towels and matching hangers would take it to another level. We enjoyed our time on the island and none of the above took away from this. Jsut trying to provide informative feedback.
