The place was great, quite neighborhood, 2 block walk to the beach, nice pool, about 20 minute drive to the boardwalk, (traffic was heavy ),grocery store was walking distance, lot's of restaurants in walking distance.

The air conditioning worked well. The master bedroom is small and dark. The darkness makes it great for sleeping. There is a memory foam mattress toper on top of the box spring mattress, that makes it much more comfortable. I slept well here. The mattresses in the other bed room are box springs and very uncomfortable to sleep on. My boys complained about them and had trouble sleeping on them. The living room sofa and chairs are not very comfortable. The bathroom and floors were spotless. They put a lot of effort into cleaning it. However, the fan blades were nasty! There was not a a single piece of toilet paper when we arrived. I left a roll that we paid for. That is not ok. Luckily we packed some. Pack towels and linens. There were none clean. The outside pool is nice. There is an indoor pool as well. The tennis courts are nice as well. It is directly behind Food Lion and CVS, so it is easy to get food and medications. Parking was easy. This is a second floor unit and you have to walk to the backside of the row of condos to get to the condo. Definitely not for anyone who has trouble with a walk and flight of stairs. The neighbors have barking dogs as well.

Ocean City Getaway

Property was described as listed and was great for our family. The kids loved the pool available and it wasn’t a far walk to the beach. Great area!

This cute condo is nothing less than a throwback from the 70s/80s. A lot of outdated stuff, but it was kind of cool for my kids to see some things like the showerhead could definitely be updated. I do believe the cleaning crew may have gone too fast. The bathrooms were not that clean and the kitchen floor was very dirty. I had spilled a little bit of water from our cooler and I wiped it up with a paper towel and the paper towel was completely black and I had only been there for an hour. The washing machine is very loud and does vibrate the whole kitchen.Neighbors were very quiet. Nothing going on in the neighborhood although we were on 120th where there was a lot of action on coastal.(teens) check in and host very easy and accommodating. We had an amazing time with our group. Even on the Bayside, walking to the beach with our stuff did not feel like we were going to die!! :-) we went on Fourth of July weekend so you can imagine. Cute little place cute neighborhood. We would definitely come back.

The unit is located just 2.5 blocks from the ocean with the bay just a short walk the other direction. Finding the unit was the biggest challenge… Although parking is included, the unit (upstairs) does not front the parking lot; it’s entrance is located from a grassy area between the unit buildings…

DIRTY! DISGUSTING! DREADFUL! Had I known I could upload pictures onto here. No one in their right mind would stay here after us. We left it cleaner then when we walked in and the owner should be ashamed to even want someone to stay here. SLUMLORD!

I assure you this property owner is not a “slumlord” and had you contacted my office about ANY concerns we would have made any corrections needed. The guests before you loved the condo, the guests who followed you loved the condo so I am not sure, without you communicating to me what needed attention how I can help. You checked into my office and returned the keys to my office. Your checkin package has my personal cellular phone number listed for ANY concerns. I did not receive a call, message, text or email from you. I hope you will reach out to me this week so we can discuss the concerns you had.

Needs Some Updates

The beds squeaked when you moved, the can opener was outdated and a pain to use. No good cutting knives, toilet lid wouldn’t stay in place. Washing Machine made a terrible noise but worked. Definitely not an 8 out of 10 rating. They did provide beach chairs and boogie boards if we needed them, but we didn’t.

Not impressed

Well first dryer knob was broke and on the floor. ( I fixed it from a dryer out for garbage) glass all over the deck and downstairs. One bedroom you have to connect the tv with that. Tv in living room only has 10 channels. Pull out mattress was dirty. Crumbs on counter. Table up on deck is not one you can have a umbrella in. I was told to bring your own bed sheets so we did, but when we got there the beds were made already. Looked perfectly made like a cleaning services. Here to find out the last person must have left them. So that upset me sleeping on someone else's dirty sheets. So are the rooms really cleaned after each person leaves. Not worth the money that's for sure. Will not stay there again. Beach is 1 1/2 blocks but boardwalk is like a 20 minute drive.
