Located approximately 20kms away from the Martinborough town square, and approximately 14kms away from the wild coastline at Lake Ferry, you can base yourself here to explore this scenic corner of South Wairarapa. Or you can stay in, and enjoy the laidback country lifestyle.

Newly decorated open plan living, dining and kitchen, polished wooden floors throughout the house. The kitchen is complete including a stunning 5 burner gas smeg oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and soda stream. Bathrooms with underfloor heating.

- The Master bedroom has a super-king bed, walk-in wardrobe with shelving, heater, ensuite and walk-on access to outside.
- Bedroom 2 has a super-king bed, wardrobe, heating, Bedroom 2 uses the main bathroom. Opens onto deck.
- Bedroom 3 has a super-king bed, Bedroom 3 uses the main bathroom. Heater. Opens onto the deck.
- Bedroom 4 has two double bunks (sleeps 3 each bunk), A single children's cabin bed. Heater.
