Perfect family spot

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. The house is perfect for a family vacation. The pool is a huge plus for when you don’t want to go to the beach. The beach is a five minute walk away and the house has access to a parking lot near the access point. There is also a playground and a gym that you can access. Many areas to walk around. Plenty of places to eat. We would definitely book this place again.

Energizing

Work on your stair stepping machine before you go! We got a pep in our step for sure!Few things didn’t work but besides the minor problems it was an Amazing place. The kids and all had a Great get together. Beach access and amenities were Wonderful.

It's a beautiful updated home in a great location, you feel very secluded with all the trees around the sides and back of property. Walking distance to nature trail, short walk or drive to beach with life guards. Lovely pool. Home is well stocked with all the kitchenware for preparing/sharing meals or using the grill. As others have mentioned, the stairs and outdoor seating can be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location!

This was a great location. The house is beautiful; the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great and the kids loved playing in it. One thing to note is that there are a lot of steps in the house. Carrying groceries from the car to the kitchen is quite the workout. The steps will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

The home is beautiful but the communication lacks with management A couple of days before our scheduled Sunday arrival, we received a message asking if we wanted to check in a day early. We declined because we already had plans, but at that time I asked if an early check-in on Sunday would be possible. We were told they would get back to us, but it took many hours for a response and the response was that it depended on the cleaners if they would have it ready,. When we arrived about an hour and a half early, we reached out again. After some delay, they approved the early check-in and sent us a new door code.Unfortunately, the door sticks badly. It took us about 15 minutes to get inside, and since then we’ve been afraid to lock the door when leaving because we’re worried we won’t be able to get back in. We’ve had to leave someone at the house whenever the rest of the family goes out.Another concern was that maintenance personnel came to the property while my daughter-in-law was there alone with my two young grandchildren, and we were never notified that anyone would be entering or coming onto the property. A simple message beforehand would have been appreciated.The biggest frustration came when we planned a family cookout. My son had purchased steaks, including filet mignons, New York strips, and chicken, only to discover three minutes into cooking we would run out of propane. The extra tank was completely out and looked in poor condition, as if it caught fire previously

We also apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the entry door. That is certainly not the first impression we want our guests to have, and we will have the lock and door inspected to ensure they are functioning properly. We understand your concern regarding the maintenance visit. We strive to notify guests whenever possible before maintenance personnel arrive, and we're sorry this communication was missed. We recognize how unsettling that situation must have been, especially with your family at the home. Finally, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the propane tanks. Running out of fuel during a planned family cookout is frustrating, and we will review our inspection process to help prevent this from happening for future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our homes and the guest experience. We hope you'll consider staying with us again so we have the opportunity to provide the seamless vacation you expected.

Location was great, house was very nice, I would avoid KEES, if possible

House was very, very nice. It was new, clean and big. Updated throughout. Location was great. My issue was with the management company and the fact that the listing reflected an outdoor TV in pic. After booking, I was told no outdoor TV and I could not cancel the listing and automatically be refunded. There is more, but it's not relevent to the house itself. The house was super nice, just consider who is managing it.

Great location- lacks communication

Cons- dirty clothes left behind by previous guest, horrible fish left in garbage not taken out, when we got there early we asked if we can check in early and no response. At 4pm we communicated we couldn’t get in with our code and we got no response, when I called was on hold for 15 min and had to leave a voice mail that was not answered.By the time we got in 45 minutes had past. Kitchen lacked necessities, no garbage bags and only 1 rolls of paper towels. Pros- great location, super close to the beach. House and pool area are gorgeous. Overall we had a great time with our family. Our suggestion is better communication and a list of items you supply and what families should bring.
