The apartment is clean and has sufficient supplies. The pool is great. Gaining access to the building takes a little bit and it’s important to read, comprehend and follow Peter’s instructions. The 3rd bedroom is a small space with no window close to the front door. Unfortunately my brother lost one of the key fobs on the morning of check out. After contacting VRBO we worked this out with Peter and made the additional payment for the key fob.

Amazing location, so close to everything downtown. Room was immaculate and exactly as advertised, 3 rooms, 2 bath, nicely laid out. Easy in and out with the keyfobs Communications and expectations were clear and detailed, zero issues getting into building at check-in, First tryPool and gym looked good, easy access,.

It was nice and safe location with good access to restaurants and groceries. easy to get to north Vancouver and very close proximity to Stanley park. Host responds quickly to any questions. Parking is safe.

Peter is in communication with you the entire trip. Even sent some recommendations for us to check out.Location is what makes this a fabulous listing. You are across the street from Costco and Rogers Arena, you can see BC Place from the window. Chinatown (Phenom Phen for chicken wings and butter beef) and Gastown (whistling clock) are minutes walk away. Jam Cafe is around the corner (fantastic breakfast spot), Nemisis Coffee is #15 in a top 100 in the world list (and their pastries are good too!). You can walk to a bicycle shop to rent a bike and tour Stanley Park and other parts of town. Or walk to Granville Island.There is a parking spot provided, and we rented a car -- which we used twice. So you don't need a car. And there is a service in town that lets you 'rent' a car for less than a day.We didn't cook, so I can't comment on condiments, utensils or supplies available to cook a meal.Read the check-in instructions -- you aren't handed a key, so there is a process.If you want a 3 spacious bedrooms this isn't the place. It is listed as 2.5 bedrooms. The third bedroom has a twin bed, a nightstand, small stool, and hooks and hangers on the door. There isn't room for a suitcase (we kept it outside the room).
