Too minimal. Not impressed. 4 coffee cups, 4 wine glasses, 4 water glasses. We were doing dishes multiple times a day. The code for the main door didn’t work, the instructions for the garage door weren’t detailed. There was one tray for the oven so we had to cook one item at a time when it was super hot outside. I messaged for assistance on how to cool down the place, there’s no AC, only reply I got was to maybe open the windows. They had one small fan that didn’t oscillate so my friends used that so I had no fan at night. We ended up having to go buy a fan. There was one kitchen hand towel, I think we had 4 shower towels, so one for each of us. Then no towels for washing hands in bathroom? No rags or hand towels. Counters were dirty when we got there, fridge was dirty, I cleaned it. Walls had scratches and marks on them. Please do better for your guests.The good: comfy beds

There was not enough dishes to accommodate or properly make meals. There were not enough towels, face clothes, dish clothes or dish towels.Upstairs main bathroom shower did not work. Keys were not left out, used garage door the whole time. Did not receive information prior to leaving regarding expectations for check out. Parking was limited, all visitor spots were taken had to keep checking until 1 opened up, worried about ticket or being towed.

It is appalling that you did not read the instructions properly; you booked the house for just 2 adults, and the provision in the house is for 6 people. The location for the house key was well stated in the check-in information sent to you, but you ignored following the directions. It is hard to believe that it was only two people that stayed at the house meant for 6, given the condition and state that you left the bedrooms and bathrooms in. Are you saying 6 towels and 4 washcloths are not enough for 2 people for 2 nights? Next time when booking on VRBO, be honest to state the right number of people that will be staying for every booking. You are such a guest that we are not willing to host again.

Clean and convenient

Over all a very clean property. certainly NOT luxurious. a NIGHTMARE of parking if you drive anything larger then a mini. We were there for a work weekend so it was all about a place to get clean, eat and sleep. It met those parameters.

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. The washroom garbage bins had no plastic bags, and several bins around the place were the same. The floors and fridge weren’t cleaned properly, and there wasn’t enough paper towel provided. Kitchen utensils and pans were incomplete, and the sponge was dirty. The area under the sink wasn’t clean either, and one of the door handles was broken. It was also hot inside, even after trying to adjust the thermostat. Overall, the place needs better cleaning and maintenance before hosting guests.With a bit more attention to detail, this place could be much more comfortable for guests.

The kitchen was unequipped for cooking meals for my family during their day. I had to bring cookware plates and cutlery from my residence.The beds are terrible and only had one light blanket, no extra blankets anywhere considering it is winter in Edmonton I found this to be unacceptable and had to bring multiple extra blankets for every bed in the house.The carpet on the stairs going up to the bedrooms is covered in stainsThe couch in the living room is also covered in stains, extremely worn out and uncomfortable.The dining room table only had three chairs as the fourth was in the garage, broken upon arrival.Given the description of luxury home, it is quite the opposite towels were old and ratty, and there was no hangers in any of the closets I had to bring hangers as well from my personal residence. All in all I would not recommend staying at this accommodation until they properly furnish it to meet guest expectation. Excellent potential for sure if the owners properly equip the space.
