The location, dock and outdoor space were great! The house lists it accommodated 16 guests. We had 12 guests and still felt cramped in the kitchen/dining area. Table only sat 6 people. I also can’t imagine how 16 guests could make 2 small bathrooms work. It was a struggle for our group of 12.

Property was very clean and conveniently located. It is 2 separate houses on the same property, not connected. One is a garage apartment with 2 rooms, bathroom, and full kitchen. The other is the main house with additional bedrooms, kitchen, and a bathroom. Spacious and plenty of room. If you’re looking for one house that sleeps a lot of people so you can hang out and stay up late, this is not it.

Excellent property

Very nice well maintained property. Excellent quiet area calmer waters away from the big boats for tubing and skiing. The owner was very accommodating. Boat ramp and dock on site even bigger plus. Thank you!

1st time to Grand Lake

Place was decorated nicely and presented fairly. Beds weren’t the greatest but the house was located close to everything in a quiet area and it fit our needs. We used the boat slip which was an added bonus and convenient for boating. Unfortunately the rain brought so much debris the lake was hard to navigate but we had a good stay otherwise

Very clean. Private boat dock is amazing. Take your own sheets for pull out beds. Wonderful set up for our group. We had 3 couples, 2 teens and 3 small children. :)

From the Owner: "Thank you for staying with us! I’m sorry if there were any issues with the pullout beds. My cleaner is always instructed to leave sheets for them, so I wish I had known during your stay, I would have had this resolved right away. Thank you for bringing it to my attention."

Family Get Together

We really enjoyed Derrick's property. It is been completely re-done. There is a lovely sunroom with great views of the lake. The larger unit has a washer/dryer, which is wonderful for a lake stay. We were able to cook meals in the large kitchen for our family. The boat dock is convenient and a great plus for the property. Derrick and Summer were very responsive when we ran out of a few essentials. Thanks for a great stay full of wonderful family memories.

Beautiful views and perfect lake access!

We had an awesome time, highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for both lake access and proximity to town. Matthew, the neighbor across the street, was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make sure that we had a good stay and felt welcomed. Having the covered car ports is a massive plus and something that we did use to protect our boat once.Leslie, the guest contact, was very receptive and available pre-stay to answer questions. The house was VERY clean and well appointed. Nice appliances and furniture. Felt very welcoming, and the layout really draws you to the lake and the outdoor area.
