Lake Havasu getaway

Nice big house. We had 3 couples and the third bath would’ve been nice but it was outside for the pool. Otherwise it served us well. Very quiet area. Thanks

Stay was awesome. I didn’t mind the cameras. However two family members were stung. There is a bee hive somewhere and they surround the pool. Otherwise I loved it

Perfect Location for ATV Trails

The house was perfect as far as location to the ATV trails. It’s just a short drive from the house to the trails. One of the perks was that I could bring my dog with me to the house. The homeowner was very responsive via email as needed. We had plenty of room as we just had 5 people staying at the house.

We really liked the location of the property, could take the dog for a good hike in open space right behind the house. We spent alot of time around the pool although it would have been nice if the pool and jacuzzi were heated, the nights in March are cool and the water temp was too cold to swim in the pool. The location was just a short drive to the London Bridge and beach area on Lake Havasu, which is a fun area to spend time. If we visit again, we would look to stay here again.

Spacious house with mountain view

The house was spacious in living and bedrooms. It was a great layout with master on one side, and other bedrooms for kids on other side of house. Enjoyed sitting in the back yard, although a little too cool for the pool. The house is just like pictured on the site. The 3rd bathroom is only accessible from the patio, but very convenient when hanging by the pool. It was nice to have no neighbors behind the house, with only a view of the mountains. A little further out from the city; but still a short drive. Owner responded promptly when reached out for check-in prior to arrival.

Trash was full when we got there. Pool lights and water pump where not working. Pool was a bit dirty. it was cleaned after we arrived. Kitchen was not very well stocked with cookware and utensils. The bedrooms did not have any dressers or TVs. The kitchen did not have a pantry. Had to put dry goods in the laundry room. The outside was good. The pool was great after it got cleaned. We picked this property because it seemed to be good for a large family gathering. This property just did not stack up with other properties we have rented in the past. This property would be fine if there was going to be anytime spent at the house. Overall, we had a great time. Just feel a better effort for making this house more welcoming would go a long way. The host did respond quickly when we had issues and had a handyman out right away when we needed one.

We're glad the location and pool ultimately came together for your family gathering, and we appreciate you noting how quickly we responded once issues were flagged. The pool lights and water pump issue was an unexpected equipment problem we weren't aware of until your stay, and we arranged service right away. The trash pickup was delayed due to blocked access that week, and windy conditions had blown debris into the pool just before check-in, so we sent our pool technician out as soon as we were notified. The home is stocked with standard cookware and utensils, and we do a regular inventory between stays, but your feedback is helpful in reviewing what's on hand and making additions where needed, including plans to open up additional pantry space for future guests. We appreciate you sharing these details and hope future stays feel even more welcoming.
