Perfect location to Downtown Greenville

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was lovely. The close proximity to downtown was perfect for the weekend celebration.

Thank you for the opportunity to lodge.Please be aware that there is a distinct odor in the house that we think comes through the vents from the HVAC unit. This is an educated guess, but we are not certain of the source. It is quite strong.Also, it may make for a more secure-feeling experience if window treatments were added to the sliding door leading to the patio.

excellent home

This home was a great place to stay. It is in a nice neighborhood. We had to extend our stay due to a family emergency in Greenville and the process to do so was very easy, which we greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Would try to stay here again if I had to come back to Greenville.

Georgous Home! Great Communication!!

We felt welcomed long before we even arrived, thanks to Stefani’s prompt and friendly communication in the days leading up to check‑in. Every question was answered, and the instructions were clear. We had zero issues during our stay, even while being snowed in. Everything functioned perfectly, and the home was spotless.The photos show a beautiful property, but they truly don’t do it justice. The home is incredibly spacious, has a wonderful layout, and did I mention how clean it was? You can tell this home is genuinely cared for.To top it off, there was still a bit of ice outside on our checkout day, and they kindly allowed us a later checkout to ensure our safety. That level of courtesy meant so much.We will absolutely book again (and again!). I was in town for the Book Warehouse Outlet sale and plan to come three times a year. This will be my go‑to place.Thank you all so very much for your hospitality.

My stay at this place was absolutely amazing! From the moment walking in the door everything was even better in person. The house was super cozy with nice decorations and very spacious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone. The location was perfect as well, in a nice neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we came for a Furman band concert and our student spent the weekend with us. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was safe, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will stay there again.

New and convenient

One of the best we’ve had. Very comfortable and convenient. Relatively new construction in a very nice neighborhood. I would rate this a value added property in a very safe location. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy House

Our stay was great. The house was cozy, clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. The neighborhood was walkable and so nice. This was close enough to all the places we needed to go within about 15-20min. Very responsive owners and helpful.
