In response to your concern, local authorities, and the Riverside County Sheriff's Department promptly responded. They thoroughly assessed the situation and confirmed there were no ongoing issues or threats to safety at the property. Additionally, we noted that you and your guests spent a significant amount of time outside of the unit during your stay, which further suggests there were no persistent security concerns. While the incident was understandably unsettling in the moment, it was an isolated and non-threatening situation involving another guest whom we have no knowledge of and who was safely attended to by the proper authorities. We always prioritize the comfort and peace of mind of our guests, and while unexpected events can occasionally occur in any residential community, we remain committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
