*Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time resort fee of $10 per person on most days of the year. H GHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE PERIODS NOTED BELOW.
*Parking Permits are also required and must be displayed in vehicles.
*Resort Fees are paid to, and Parking Permits are obtained from Gulfpoint Condominiums.
*The Gulfpoint Condominium office is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
*From March 1st to April 21th, the Resort Fee is $35 per person.
*From June 1st to August 7th, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.
*During Memorial Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the Resort Fee is $20 per person.

Ice dispenser belly broken in freezer, place was very clean but smelled musty. Washer/dryer very nice along with the rest of the appliances. Plenty of space for a young fam of 7, thanks!

The location of the condo was great, close 5o the beach. The area felt very safe and the staff at the condo were very kind. I feel like the beds were nice and the home looks on person as it does in the pictures. That being said, i wouldnt stay here again. Check in was a bit of a run around. I had emailed about early check in and didnt get a response. I emailed a 2nd time and they advised early check in could be possible but i would have to wait until arrival. When we arrived, we were provided incorrect gate codes and there wasnt staff in the office. I did reach someone by phone stating the condo was being cleaned yet so we needed to wait (no big deal). We did get into the condo around 3pm. Checked in with the office and was disappointed we had to pay extra to use the pool (10 per person). The building and grounds are very confusing, it takes a few days to figure it out. There were a few things at the condo that couldnt be ignored. The freezer door really cant be opened because of the wall. The ice machine was leaking ice inside and because it wasnt cold enough, it melted everywhere. It also didnt keep our frozen items frozen. The guest bathroom shower takes 5 minuted to warm up, it then gets so hot you cant stand under it, and then it goes ice cold again. The master tv screen was broken (i did email to notify owner but no response). The guest bedroom floor and couch were covered in glitter. Every night around 3am an alarm clock in another unit went off for hours.

Nicely redone inside, handy location right next to the beach entrance, there were a few broken things (chairs, doors) when we arrived that I passed along to management. There were still enough other chairs to make up for the broken ones. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The hottub at Gulf Point was not useable the first 3 days, which happens 50% of the time we stay at Gulf Point, but the pool was nice and the hottub was fixed on our last day. The gameroom was great as usual. The only thing that kept us from making it 5 starts was the broken items and unresponsiveness from the unit management (asked them for some dishwasher detergent and told them about broken items and they didn't respond past our first day of five), would stay here again!

IncreĂ­ble lugar! Todo estuvo muy bien. Las instalaciones, aire acondicionado, mobiliario todo perfecto. Lo Ășnico, que utensilios de cocina y algunas ollas estaban sucias. Y los drenajes de la regadera parecĂ­a estar tapados.Fuera de eso todo bien, con guardias checando que todo estuviera en orden. Sin duda volverĂ­a a ir!

This condo is at the end so there are many windows. You are very close to the sidewalk to the beach.there is an elevator in the underground parking. Follow Elevator B. Property manager told us the elevator was at the end of garage. Its not. On left . No sinage.

Great place lack of information

Great place to stay just lack of information how to arrive and get around. Office was closed by the time I figure my way around and was late to purchase bracelets and permit and was not allowed to use pool for the night. But overall it’s a great place to stay and enjoy a great weekend with your loved ones.

The apartment wasn't ready due to a lack of cleaning staff, according to what they said. They didn't give it to me until 7 pm, and it was still very dirty. Under the beds it's very dirty, you find undesirable things.

Nice time

It was very good and fun. Great area especially during spring break, it was calmer on this side traffic wise. Clayton’s was like 12 min away not bad at all. The Ac would get super cold randomly and the fridge didn’t get cold til the 2nd day but everything else was perfect.
