Property was perfect for what we needed, and felt like a home away from home. Lots of space, and the multiple balconies were perfect. Host was prompt and very helpful with any questions. We look forward to going back to SPI, and booking the same unit for our stay.

Wonderful Stay

Nice area- easy walk to the beach. Many shops and restaurants close by. Either walk on beach or sidewalk near road. We had a great time!

Nicely furnished and appointed. More pots/pans/cooking/hosting tools than I expected. Fully working fridge and icemaker was nice ( I've been in several that had no ice maker at all )Host was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of space, rooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate balconies which was also lovely - you could just see the ocean over the adjacent buildings - so view and ocean sounds were great.2 Pools, Hot tubs and really close beach access.Would 100% stay here again.

Great spot!

This unit was a pleasant surprise. It is very clean and has just about everything you could need. Great view and we were able to see the Friday night fireworks (from Clayton’s) perfectly. Property manager was great at communication. There are two pools and both were great. If you need to reserve a beach chair or umbrella, you can do so at the front desk (you pay at the front desk). They also had ice on site which was a blessing. We will be back!

Relaxing vacation

The Condo very spacious and a great location. The tennis court could of been tidied up a bit beacuse it was always had a lot of sand on them. The description says 4 tvs but only the one in the living room worked. We did reach out to get it fixed did get a reaponse back but was unavlw to get it resolved

Nice spot

Dated but the unit is clean. The hallways and other public spaces need some work, but interior is nice space perfect for two children and one of their friend. Gym is small but has dumbbells that go up to 75lbs. Treadmills are late models.

Overall, this was a disappointing stay and our least favorite of 4 trips to S Padre. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated, and the pools were great. Communication was prompt.However, several issues impacted our experience. The biggest was the location. The listing suggested a 2 min walk to the beach, but it was closer to 8. The Vrbo map pin shows the complex’s beachfront building, while this unit was actually in the building farthest from the beach and it’s a large complex. Since my mom has difficulty walking long distances, this was a significant inconvenience.Upon arrival, we found some dirty dishes and countertops, and the unit was understocked for 7 guests staying 7 nights. Initial supplies included only 3 small rolls of toilet paper, 1 trash bag, 1 dish towel, 1 roll of paper towels, no hand soap, and limited towels. Mgt did provide a couple additional supplies after I reached out, but stated they only provide starter supplies and suggested we purchase more ourselves.The refrigerator leaked throughout most of our stay and was never properly repaired despite multiple messages. Someone came out and claimed it was fixed, but the issue continued.The bed I used had an old box spring mattress, inexpensive bedding, and stained pillows that clearly needed replacing. Additional items such as extra blankets, a can opener, more towels, & a better-functioning TV would have improved comfort.Lastly, the required wristbands were uncomfortable & I disliked using a physical key.

Lovely condo with some issues

This is a nice spacious condo. It was clean except the dishwasher and the area under the kitchen sink. The toilet in the guest bathroom did not flush. They fixed it but it quit working again the next day. The pipes under the sink by the garbage disposal are leaking. I found this out after I ran the dishwasher and water started coming out from under the cabinets. I had to clean the floor. We put a plastic drawer from the fridge under the leak so we could use the sink. The ice maker in the fridge does not work either. The inside of the dishwasher is rusty and moldy. That is it-it needs some repairs.
