Cette fabuleuse maison est située à la jonction de la célèbre rivière Rogue et de l'océan Pacifique, offrant une vue fantastique sur le fleuve et l'océan et se trouve à quelques minutes de marche de la plage. Cette maison unique offre tous les conforts de la maison avec un bain à remous privé, une grande cour clôturée, un foyer au bois, un barbecue au gaz, des ponts de confidentialité et un décor nautique vintage. Venez vous détendre dans cette maison fantastique ... vous le méritez !!! Vous apprécierez l’attention particulière portée aux détails: décoration marine d'époque, grandes télévisions à écran plat, salle de jeux pour les enfants au sous-sol - un super endroit pour les enfants !!! Et pour les animaux de compagnie, il y a une grande cour clôturée et fermée offrant beaucoup d'espace pour courir.

Asseyez-vous sur le pont privé où vous pouvez regarder les bateaux entrer dans le port, sur la plage à moins d'un pâté de maisons de la plage pour les agates ou sautez dans les vagues pour surfer, faire du kayak ou de la pêche. Les restaurants de la ville sont à une courte distance en voiture et suffisamment proches pour être livrés.

Détendez-vous dans le bain à remous privé après une longue journée de randonnée dans les sentiers, de jouer à la plage ou tout simplement d’exploration.

Wow, what a great house! The view was fantastic. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. We were all comfortable! The dogs were comfortable as well. The kitchen was well stocked, including some spices, coffee filters, etc. The consumables (laundry soap, dishwashing soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were all of nice quality, which I really appreciated. The owners worked with us on the date and time of arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for hosting our family.

We loved that it had a hot tub and was pet friendly! The 2 kids loved having their own space downstairs! Coffee on the deck and watching the boats go out was a favorite of mine.

Great beach getaway

My husband and I love staying at this house with our dogs - it’s so close to the beach, has a comfortable living room, a lovely hot tub, and a fenced yard for the dogs. We couldn’t ask for anything more! We’ll definitely be back, thank you!

Like a get away staycation

This house was perfect for an extended weekend get away. The location, features of the house, and hospitality were wonderful. Thanks for being dog-friendly and still clean and luxurious. Comfy bedding, linens, and furniture. We had a great stay and would return to this rental

Ideal location, so close to several great beaches, and River. Some great swimming spots. Hot tub was amazing and large. Good views. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard was perfect for the dog.

Great place

This coastal retreat was great! The house is very large with everything one would need. There is a completely fenced yard which was great for our dogs. Hot tub was fantastic, views were amazing, Bobbie was easy to communicate with and very nice. We only stayed a weekend but we definitely wanted to stay longer! Highly recommend this place!

Great house - find it in daylight

Tough to find after dark as it's down a road spur. Great location once you are there. Walk to beach and super view. Hot tub was nice as well as fenced yard for dog.

Gold Beach visit

The couple staying in the master bedroom complained that the bed was sagging in the middle. Otherwise the visit was real nice, except we though the house was on the beach.

The house was perfect for my family vacation. The view of the jetty, the ocean and river was beautiful, especially the rising full moon. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. My mother is disabled and in a wheel chair. Except for three steps leading into the house it was accessible. We managed the steps. The host was very communicative and accommodating, and a wonderful person with whom to coordinate our vacation.

Good location! Easy access to beach and jetty for exploring!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, plenty of room for our big family to get together. Nice yard for our 2 dogs. The kids loved the downstairs room. It was really clean. Plenty of towels and linens. Great location for our daily adventures. Just a few notes. Upstairs beds could use new mattresses, not the most comfortable, but adequate. The screens seem a little loose and could use some work. Big sectional in living room is very old and soft. Last, the hot tub really need some lighting, as it is on the dark side of the house, decking around it would be good to keep it clean. There is no way to rinse feet before getting in. Sunset isn't really visible from the property due to large trees and beach view is limited. The place needs a little updating but overall, it was great for our family and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay!

I’ve rented many Vrbos but this one may be the best. First, it’s the 180 degree view. Thankfully, we had some clear days. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms upstairs & a nicely appointed basement with TV & 2 twin beds. Area close to jetty & large beach for walks. Kitchen set up for easy food prep. This one could be a go back.

Review

The house has a number of very good features, such as the basement that leads directly to the fenced-in yard, the deck outside the front door, the deck outside the kitchen, and the washer and dryer. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked with all of the pots, pans, plates, etc. that we could possibly need. The bathrooms were spotless and well supplied with soaps and towels. Unfortunately, the dining area table was very difficult for us to use because the chairs were so high and hard to get close to the table without hitting our knees. The light switch for the kitchen was not working properly (very hard to get it to turn off and concern about outlet not working) and the light for the deck off the kitchen didn't work at all. The smallest bedroom window faces a house across the street where the really, really bright security light is on all night long, so the blinds had to be closed in that bedroom which drastically reduced the available ventilation from the window.
