The front door lock was unreliable and only worked if the key was inserted partway and adjusted carefully, often requiring me to stand outside messing with it before able to get inside. I realize the golf cart is a bonus but was the sole reason I booked this place. Parking was a recurring problem. On one occasion, another golf cart was parked in the designated spot, leaving me no choice but to park down elsewhere since there was no where to park in the small lot. When I contacted staff for help, I was told there was nothing they could do and that there is no towing on the island, so I had to resolve the situation myself. I had to go ask around the complex until I found the owners cart to move so I could go get mines and park it. On another occasion, a truck was parked directly behind my cart while a float was being built, and materials such as flowers, buckets, and rags were placed on top of my golf cart, again preventing me from leaving on time. Cleanliness was also below expectations. There were long black hairs left in the dryer, the lint trap had not been cleaned Overall, between the unreliable lock, ongoing parking issues, lack of staff support, and cleanliness concerns, this property did not meet expectations.
