On the second floor of the Braemar units, you can relax on the balcony with great water views and you also have easy access to Forster Marina across the street to enjoy your next holiday in Forster.
With two bedrooms made up with linen on the beds and towels for the two bathrooms, just don't forget to pack your beach towels to go for a swim in the lake or at nearby beaches. To keep you cool, this property features brand new air-conditioner as well as ceiling fans throughout.
There is a modern kitchen, open lounge and dining room as well as a bar area. One bedroom has 2 x double beds and an ensuite, the second large room has a Queen bed to accommodate up to six people in total.
There is a single lock up garage as well as plenty of on street parking nearby. Two flights of stairs lead to your stay on the top of the building.
Note: Please be advised that renovation and demolition work will commence in Unit 5 on Wednesday, 23 July 2025. During this period, there will be some noise and disruption. The renovation is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.
