Malua Bay Clifftop Retreat

Absolute peaceful and unique clifftop retreat. If you want to relax on the clifftop on your own private deck, watching the Dolphins, Seabirds, Moon, and Sunrise, you will be choosing the perfect location. This is not a party home, a group home, or a child-friendly home. This retreat is for the discerning traveller who is looking for a reprieve from everyday life and a place to unwind in a quiet coastal getaway with friends or family.
The space
The primary residence sits beautifully on the clifftop. Both upstairs and downstairs, the views are yours. This is an open-plan stylish home.

Downstairs is a huge well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking up a storm or making many Campos coffees from our barista coffee machine. We have a large lounge, dining, and sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the views—light embraces this space. This area opens onto a large entertaining deck with an 8-seat outdoor setting with sweeping ocean views. Downstairs there is also a separate bathroom, laundry, and bedroom with its own ensuite.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with sweeping views of the ocean and the outside world. The bright ensuite has a large relaxing bath to melt away the day.

Additionally, an exclusive separate one-bedroom studio with an ensuite with its own entrance and amenities forms part of this house package.

Overall, this amazing retreat has two queen beds and one double bed, each with its own private ensuite. Accommodating six adults. A separate toilet and bathroom in the main house, a total of 4 bathrooms.

Outside we have four outdoor sitting areas. The enclosed courtyard has a 2–4-person spa, outdoor seating, and a BBQ.

THINGS TO DO

You can walk out the backyard straight onto the Batemans Bay Coastal Walk, your private access, which will take you to Pretty Beach, Mackenzie’s Beach or Malua Bay Beach, or the local Malua Bay shops, all within 5-15mins walk around the coastal reserve walk. If you want to drive well, you are only minutes away from each of these beaches and shopping centre.
Batemans Bay is 15 minutes north, Moruya 20 minutes south, and Mogo 20 minutes west.

OTHER INFORMATION

This house is not a party, group, or child-friendly house. The backyard does not have a safety fence and would be dangerous for children as we are located on a clifftop reserve.
