Home is designed to capture the ocean breeze, however there is also air-conditioning in the main living and fans in all bedrooms, if needed during the warmer days.

To ensure a serene environment and our home, strictly no parties. For your convenience, we can arrange a professional cleaner and include pool maintenance.
