Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests be respectful of our nice neighbors. Noise curfew of 9pm is encouraged. Well behaved non shedding dog (as we have severe allergies to pet fur - 45lb limit) can be considered with a $500 refundable pet deposit - NO CATS PLEASE. WE KINDLY ASK PLEASE NO SMOKING, NO MOTORCYCLES NOR GUESTS NOT PART OF YOUR RESERVATION. OTHERWISE, YOUR STAY IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION WITHOUT A REFUND. Thank You for your understanding ~ our home is not suitable for toddlers or children 1-4 years of age due to stairs.
