Lovely modern villa, just a few minutes from the beaches and the famous Walking Street (about 5 minutes by scooter) in a quiet residential area.
The villa has 3 beautiful bedrooms with King and Queen Size beds as well as 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a fan and a TV.
On the ground floor, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a double living room with international TV and WiFi.
Outside, you will find a semi-covered private swimming pool measuring 6 x 4 m and 1.50/1.70m deep, as well as its waterfall. You can enjoy the barbecue at your disposal on the terrace.
