Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom private basement suite, nestled in West Haven, Leduc, Alberta. With its inviting ambiance and modern comforts, this cozy suite is the perfect home away from home for travelers seeking a memorable stay. It is 12 minutes from Edmonton International Airport and the Premium Outlet Mall, 5 minutes from Leduc Golf & Country Club. This suite is surrounded by grocery stores, malls and shops, local trails.

Living Room
Enjoy a cozy living room with 65" Roku TV in guest mode, nice lightning and a Bluetooth speaker, 3 seater sofa bed, which you can pull out to sleep 2 people.

Kitchen
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer combo, over-the-range microwave, full range with oven, wide sink, a De'Longhi Coffee & Espresso maker, and a dishwasher. Complimentary sweet bundle, Coffee and hot chocolate and spices are also included.

Bedrooms
Take advantage of the 2 bedrooms in this suite with one of them having a queen sized bed and the other room with a full sized bed. Both rooms have large windows to provide natural lightning.

Nice guest suite. Clean, bright and has all basics covered. We needed a couple of things and the hosts were very responsive. Would stay here again.

Beautiful & Well-Appointed Suite

Gorgeous basement suite - very bright and homey and comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, and we really liked all the little details in the suite - we could really tell the owners put a lot of thoughtful consideration into designing the space. The owners were also very responsive. Absolutely would stay here again!

The property/stay felt like a three-star hotel but at a fraction of the cost. Kitchen and cookware was complete, bathroom amenities were complete, and even had first aid supplies in case of emergencies. The only thing that needs addressing is the noise/stomping from upstairs.

Comfortable basement suite

The suite was well set up and would be great for a smaller group. The beds in the bedrooms were good but the sofa bed was not usable. We asked for bedding and got one sheet. It is an incredibly uncomfortable bed. The kitchen is very well set up and we found the suite to be quiet and clean.

Great value and spotless

Excellent accommodation for airport pick up, drop off. Nicely appointed. Very clean. You can see the owner cares that you have a great stay. I will definitely book this again in the future!

Loved our stay in this amazing basement apartment with windows. Modern, clean, and great value for the price. Loved the location. Close to Timmies and stores. Temperature was perfect in the space. Lovely TV area, great for a movie night. Loved the movement sensitive lighting for night time visibility. Appreciated the tea, coffee, spices etc. LOVED that they also had a steamer - preferred it for my clothes. Only challenge was hearing the thumping of walking upstairs. I’m a light sleeper. But fans in the bedrooms helped. Easy to check in and out. Highly recommend.

This is a basement suite and they were LITERALLY STOMPING around at all hours of the night. 11:30 pm, 12:00 am, 12:15 am, 1:30 am, 2:10 am, 3:17 am, 4:05 am. We asked the host to ask them to be quiet and they said “oh its the kids.” DON’T HOST THEN. I complained to expedia but they want you to catch a video of them randomly stomping around, running up and down the stairs, unloading the dishwasher clanking dishes loudly in the middle of the night. Don’t stay here unless you can sleep through chaos. If I hadn’t paid in full I would have checked out at 11:30 pm the first night and went literally anywhere else

We used this property as a place to sleep after attending a nearby event. This met our needs and would have been great for a longer stay as well. Well-equipped, beautiful unit with comfy beds. Super easy to communicate with the host and check-in was a breeze.
