Stayed for brief fall weekend get away with family and had an evening cruise on the water. Beautiful area.

Lovely beachside property

This house met our needs perfectly. It is just a couple of houses away from the beach. The space is well laid out, with a nice little office in addition to the 4 bedrooms. The rental company was very responsive.

Cute House with Great Location

Really cute house with great location near the beach. Had tons of room as two of us were doing remote work while the teenagers had fun. There's a desk setup off kitchen and an office on the first floor. Plus a kitchen table and a dining table. Had everything you needed - chairs, boogie boards, towels. Loved the outdoor shower. Wished it had a second bathroom as we had 4 teenagers but the bathroom is big. Would stay again!

clean quiet spot steps from the beach- nice!

clean, about 4 houses off the beach, great spaces to gather and socialize including deck, outdoor shower is super nice, modern appliances, stocked well with eating and cooking utensils, well lit, very quiet and peaceful, ample off street parking, bbq grill is modern and works well, big screen tv is perfectly situated, no use of garage is my only 'complaint' but didnt affect stay at all. beds were very comfy. property mgr checked in often and replied very quickly to questions. thank you!

We did like the one bathroom that if someone is taking a bath and the other wants to use the toilet and all the bedrooms are upstairs and you have to walk downstairs in middle of the night to use the bathroom it's dangerous

Girls Getaway

Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected being near the beach. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Updated bathrooms and comfy beds. Host was incredibly responsive. Would recommend.

The house was very clean, roomy and bright. Enough room for 6 adults to stay comfortably. However, as there were only 8 plates, 8 coffee mugs and 5 glasses, we had to wash dishes after every meal. I would suggest if you stay, to bring paper plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Not only was there not enough utensils, the house lacked serving spoons, no large bowls or platters.We had an issue with lack of enough towels, which was resolved in a timely manner. I would possibly stay again if lack of kitchen items was our only negative.
