The Neighborhood:
Newcastle is a city that combines city living with stunning beaches. This metropolis boasts everything from stunning beaches to unique street art, to iconic oceans baths and cool cafes. This apartment is conveniently located only five minutes away from Marketown Shopping Centre, a two-story retail complex with all the essentials you could need.

First on the agenda is the incredible eats that are in the neighbourhood.
The Bathers Way is a premier coastal walk, which stretches six kilometers across stunning vistas from Merewether Baths all the way to Nobbys Beach. From every step of the walk, you’ll find spectacular views showcasing the golden sands of Newcastle and Nobbys Lighthouse. With the rich history of this area, you’ll be left in awe.

Newcastle Foreshore is a park which spans 11 hectares, kissing the border of the harbour, beaches, and culturally significant sites. This reclaimed land offers stunning views of the harbour and is an excellent place to settle down for a relaxing picnic. The playground offers an excellent escape for the kids while parents enjoy the serenity of the area. Once you’ve finished exploring, make sure to head to one of the many nearby eateries.

The Blackbutt Nature Reserve spans an impressive 182 hectares of amazing bushland, and with free entry to wildlife exhibits, this is the perfect setting for a family day out. Whether you want to admire the wildlife from afar or get up close and personal to feed the emus, there’s plenty for the whole family. For those with kids, be sure to purchase an activity pack to venture on a scavenger hunt.

Newcastle Museum is a vibrant center with constantly rotating exhibits. Some local treasures honour the history of the Hunter Nurses of the Great War, the Model T Ford, Indigenous history and culture, and other history beloved to the region.

Only two hours north of Sydney, Newcastle is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city without being too far removed from everything.

There is free parking on the premises. To fully explore the area, it is recommended that guests have access to their own transport.

Key Collection: Please note the keys will need to be collected a short distance away from the apartment building and can only be collected between the hours of 06:00 - 00:00 (midnight).

Blinds - Please note the blinds in the living room are electronic. Two of the blinds will not operate and we are currently awaiting the replacement of the blinds.

Safety: The property has a balcony.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.

Well-situated, comfortable, modern, clean apartment.
I travelled to Newcastle with my parents and sister for a family event. The unit was very comfortable and clean and located in a great spot—easy walking access to cafes, restaurants, and the tram. The rooftop area was a bonus, where we watched the sunset and a cargo ship come into port. It is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to pick up and drop off the keys. I definitely recommend this property.

Great family apartment in easy location close to the beach. Clean and modern. Only negative was that the key drop is definitely not an easy walk away. It’s a good drive to get there. Otherwise great stay!

Airkeeper are TERRIBLE
40 plus emails and many phone calls with airkeeper to get check in process right. Website says accept amex, they don't. Paid online invoice. Only small part $ deducted so had to do a second invoice, after 4 phone calls. Needed ID and selfy of ocupants, no problem and sent through. Selfy was of myself and wife, NO thry said, needed selfy of booking person only. I travel 8 to 10 weeks a year internationally have used Stayz many times. No problem. NEVER use Airkeeper agian.
